Mixed review... the food was just OK. The French toast was really good on its own, but for everything else, I'd give it two stars. Service was good, the main waitress was training someone else so she didn't have time to stop in and ask if we needed anything else. I had to ask that she come over to request more juice. She was very fast coming over and serving the requested drink. The eggs, sausage, and bacon could have been better. The bacon was nice and crisp but left a grease-filled oily after taste, similar to the time I purchased breakfast sausage out of a box. The decor was OK, the cook was friendly, he came out to bring us the rest of our order. Like it said it's a mixed review. Food, 2.8 services 3

There’s nothing like a family style breakfast spot!! And that’s exactly the type of ambience I was looking for especially being away from home! Felix’s had amazing hospitality and customer service the food was amazing I would definitely recommend this place when visiting Springfield I will be returning back shortly didn’t get a chance to get the upside pineapple pancakes cause my three eggs Home fries bacon and English muffin was so fulfilling!!!

Amazing French toast. I got French toast in Puerto Rico and nothing could live up to it and it's fresh shaved coconut on top. The tropical coconut French toast from Felix's with the butter and syrup OMG almost matches up to how good my Puerto Rican coconut French toast was and I love it here. Amazing French toast good scrambled eggs. Good hashbrowns. I appreciate Felix. Also got a ham egg and cheese on croissant and it was very good good ham too

After our horrendous experience at Crepe's Tea place in West Springfield, wasting so much time and leaving it without having anything to eat, we came to Felix's breakfast cafe. It doesn't look fancy, but don't let it fool you. The food was exceptional and we got a 5 star service from a very nice lady. Apple Cinnamon pancakes were the best we have ever tried, as everything else we ordered. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! 👍👍

Yvette (Anabelle) was very sweet, thoughtful, and accommodating during my visit! She is the server to request! Great portion sizes - especially the bacon! I tried to finish yet I couldn't do it! My only "complaint" is no whip cream for my hot chocolate. A wide variety of food, including Spanish food, is offered as well as breakfast served all day. I will DEFINITELY be returning to try their lunch/dinner menu!
