Floyd's Thirst Parlor — Restaurant in Springfield

So we came from Alabama for a wedding and found Floyd’s and they were one of the few places open due to the weather…and I’m so glad we did! Emily was our bartender and she was the best ever and we made sure to go there everyday we were there for her and the great atmosphere! She made us feel so welcomed and the only regret we had was that we couldn’t make it to see her on our final night there after the wedding! One of the worst Bars in all of Springfield. The only saving grace is the food, and nothing else. Abysmal service, ridiculous prices and a sketchy boss that believes in bullying their customers, regardless if it's their first time there. They tried punishing my son for something that he did years ago in front of his friends but they couldn't even explain what it was or why they were going about it this way other than the boss upstairs said he had to go despite being respectful to everyone. I'm not sure how this place is still open. Had a few people warn me recently about roofies and such, apparently this bar is a pretty easy place to get something slipped into your drink. I didn't believe it at first- But low and behold, I ended up with a noncarbonated drink, directly from the bar, and it was bubbling with stuff floating around in it. Untrustworthy. Didn't end up eating or drinking anything at all and left almost immediately with my friends. The staff are off putting and rude, too. I won't even be walking down the same street as that place anymore. I wouldn't trust anything...
