I went to this location today, i actually go to this one pretty often. My dad’s company had catered with this location so many times, I didn’t recognize this girl. I encountered a younger girl with glasses, light hair in a pony tail, she was working the cash register. I had my husband and 2 young sons with me who all witnessed this as well. My 6 year old had feelings about how she was to his little brother as well when we left. Mind you my children were laughing and talking to one another loud as kids do, they weren’t being wild or anything. My 3 year old touched with 1 finger the side of a silver bell, touched, he didn’t ring it, he was just staring off at it. I was watching to ensure he didn’t. She was looking at him with the rudest glare, then proceeded to with extreme aggression pull it from it then slam it down in front of her. I looked at my son then started recording. I asked calmly “excuse me, that is not ok, why would be aggressive to my 3 year old” we had been nothing but polite to this girl, she responded by yelling, cursing, and having no excuse for what she did. I listened back and she was Acting foolish and loud to distract from what she knew she did. I and my husband spoke in parental tones at worst lol can’t rationalize with people like that, unaccountable, unapologetic and defensive, an apology could’ve went a lot further, her manager sent her back and she threw a fit over that too. She didn’t even deny it. She said “whatever, and? And?” “This is bullshit” “idc you can go now” and more. I asked her manager Tiffany to check the cameras and the girl said “HA we don’t have any cameras hahaha” lol well good thing I do. I called back to thank Tiffany for apologizing for the girl at least and apologized for the discomfort of it all. They would not give me this girls name which I found odd since they wear name tags, but if you work in customer service and I’m spending $40 there you will not be treating my child with aggression then cursing and acting like that. It’s important for children to see they are protected from pple who treat them that way, it would’ve been different if my son was climbing counters or ringing that bell, i would’ve been totally okay and understood my son was acting up, but no, it was inappropriate and ugly to see. I was told owners would be having a discussion with her about this and I plan to make sure corrective action is actually taken in some form. The sandwiches were top notch delicious but you'd think during a pandemic and with so many sandwiches on one order they could have utilized the labels on the packing as printed so we could easily identify which sandwich belong to each of us. But no, instead we had to open each other's order to ascertain the right order went to the right person. Most of us ordered the Italian but there were slight variations with bread, topping and/or cheese type requests. So frustrating given we were on abbreviated breaks so we could return back to work on the eve of Christmas Eve in retail. Lazy, inconsiderate and totally annoying!! Where was the manager and why couldn't they have taken a couple of extra minutes to complete the form provided on the packaging to indicate bread type, cheese type for expeditious and safe handling? I had one of the white board specials and ask for an upgrade to a large drink, I do not mind paying 69 cents to a dollar. on 3/20/2025 I was charged $2.49 for a large drink and $7.40 combo price !!! Either you need to train your employees or just say no substitutions! or exceptions on specials. One of the area restaurants started whole combo had to be a large, you can no longer up size drinks, Guess what they lost my business and I was trying to talk to someone today about being overcharged on ticket 19603!!!, however very busy and to chaotic to deal with.
