Hardee’s — Restaurant in Springfield

HEALTH CODE VIOLATION!!! we just drove through to order burgers and fries ordered large and got two half filled large fries. We parked the car and went inside to see if we could get our actual large fries, and The clerk took the two packages of fries out of our hands dumped them back into the french fry bin, scooped back into the french fry bin to repackage our fries and handed us the fries. We were in our car ready to drive out of the driveway when we realized the fries were only half full. He has no idea if we've manhandled those fries touched them, ate some, licked our fingers or what, or shoved them back in the French fry box with our fingers, but he dumped them back in the french fry bin where other people are going to be receiving their French fries from disgusting! The health department needs to go do something...

I visited the battlefield road location in Springfield Missouri this morning to get a breakfast sandwich to go. I went inside the building and stood at the counter for about 2 minutes with no one even acknowledging the fact that I was standing there. And then the lady who I would assume is the manager because she's the one that was wearing the gold name tag came up to the counter. She didn't say hello, how are you doing today, welcome to Hardee's, or anything she just said what can I get you. I placed my order after using my debit card and waited. She handed me my food without saying a word and turned around and walked away. Not so much as a thank you, or have a nice day. Probably the worst service I've ever had at a Hardee's. I live not far from here, so went fairly often. Got myself and daughter something. Both burgers plain, just meat and cheese. I get home, daughters burger isn't plain, am able to fix it. My burger is a completely different burger, cheapest vs dbl bacon cheeseburger. So we go back. It's been 30 min at this point, as I eat fries first.

They pull it up, and see my oringal order up there, after I told them it was supposed to be #4 plain. He said he was wondering about it. It's been sitting there for 30 min, and I almost push to have them make me a new one. Decide to not push it. People make mistakes, no big deal.
