7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Springfield

10/25/2025 @ 6:35 PM E Battlefield - Springfield, Missouri I stopped by this 7Brew after a long day at work, just wanting to grab a drink. I’m new to 7Brew and didn’t realize where to pull up in the line yet. There were 2 cars ahead of me - While I was checking the menu on my phone, & waiting my turn to order - two female employees — a blonde girl with a headband on and a brunette girl — threw up their hands at me, the blonde girl glared at me with a snotty look on her face and they both whispered to each other instead of just explaining what I needed to do. No one said a word, no one even asked me for my order. I didn’t even get a beckoning sign??? This didn’t just feel really disrespectful, it is actually tactless & distasteful. I wasn’t trying to cause any issue; I just didn’t know. Honestly, the secret menu had reeled me in & I was just happy to be there, waiting my turn. A quick, kind explanation would’ve gone a long way — The employees walk around those lanes all day long doing their job. I know for a fact I wasn’t very far off from the front of the line, and even if I was, the way they showed no signs of regard for the customer, caused me to drive off without a drink, and with no respect left for 7Brew. I hope management sees this and reminds their team that kindness and clear communication matter, especially for new customers who genuinely want to have a...

Since the 7Brew arrived by crane to the E Sunshine location — my family and I have been loyal 7Brew fans — this location in particular seems to be ran by all mean girls, who have no respect for 7Brew customers. The blonde girl is going to cause people to feel the same way I did during my visit! We ordered 2 large iced coffees, light ice — I don’t even think I was able to enjoy more than 5 drinks out of my cup, and neither did my niece. It seems pretty funny that the moment we didn’t tip, morale faded and we got drinks filled to the top with ice +++ we had the blonde girl shooting daggers through us like we were evil people! There was no polite conversation after she didn’t get her tip, nor was there a friendly conversation before hand either! Never again will I choose this location, even for convenience as it was today. Clay is absolutely rude. My birthday was 2 days prior and I went into redeem my birthday drink because unfortunately finances just didn’t fall into place on my birthday. My birthday was November 5, I wasn’t able to get out. I was able to make it to a 7 brew the November 7 showing my ID and explaining the situation and he was just hateful. “They tell us to be so strict so no” then I proceed to say “nvm I can’t afford one then if I can’t redeem my birthday drink” and he must think it’s funny that people are going thru a hard time because he chuckled when I drove away. I’m sorry that you can afford things right now and you can afford a simple coffee, not the circumstances for everyone which is why people utilize these rewards. BUT when my boyfriend goes in 2 days late for his birthday drink AT THE SAME LOCATION he was still able to redeem his?? Makes no sense to me that I couldn’t 2 days after mine...
