When we got here I was too hungry to take pictures but now I kind of regret it for the review 😬 This place is new, recently just having a grand opening and it was delicious to say the least. They were so happy to have us come in and order especially since the weather wasn’t too good. The store was completely empty when we showed up. The customer service was amazing, they spoke to us freely, let us try samples if we didn’t know what it was, and they gave recommendations. Their serving sizes were huge and I love to eat so that’s a huge plus. All of the food was warm and made very well. The sauces on the chicken was similar to what I’ve tried in Japan while living there so it kind of gave me some nostalgia to those good old days. When we ordered spring rolls they didn’t have as many as we wanted but they got our rolls ready in about 4 minutes and brought them to our table. They also gave us a free boba style smoothie, it’s the Avocado Smoothie in the picture, with little jello cubes inside and it’s the best smoothie I’ve ever had. I don’t like boba but this was an amazing smoothie.

Some things I would say they need to improve is that there was no doormat. At least there wasn’t when we came in and it’s a pretty snowy day today. We also brought my elderly grandmother so that should be addressed sooner rather than later to avoid accidents, the wet floor signs should be in addition to the doormat not a replacement. Also they could think of better ways to serve the food. In the picture they gave the to go styrofoam trays even for dine in, maybe some trays and plates instead to accommodate for those eating in. Overall the whole experience was very good and I loved this place! I will definitely be...

Terribly dishonest. Initially I told them I wanted the "Regular sized meat and vegetable for $6.99." I clearly said it so there would be no confusion. The lady serving offered me rice and noodles. I repeatedly asked if it was included in the "meat and vegetables for $6.99. " I wasn't getting a clear answer so I told her I didn't want it and I only want meat and vegetables. She gave me the vegitables and and asked what meat. (At this point another server might have taken over). I pointed to the meat and they gave me a scoop. They asked me if I wanted anything else and I said, "no." He gave me an additional scoop and passed it to the cashier. The total was over $9. And I told her I clearly stated the $6.99 when i ordered. They took it back, REMOVED THE VEGITABLES. and gave me a small box of the meat. (The picture is missing 3 pieces that we already ate.) I asked if their should be vegetables, and cashier was very nice and offered to check, but at that point I was ready to leave. I felt the whole time the servers were being dishonest and there would be no resolution. The portion size was fair for $6.99 but I was expecting vegitables. The food was good, but I will never go back because I don't want someone trying to sneak in stuff and charge me more for things I clearly...

Let’s get something upfront and out of the way! We all love the spot in the mall and with that, I believe there was such high hopes and pressure to get it right. At least that’s what I would have believed until I finally walked in only to be honestly a little confused with the lack of one coherent thought when it came to the interior and aesthetics! From the front door all the way to the back. Nothing was the same, but that’s me just being a little nit-picky!

Now to the service and the food. I was greeted by a friendly staff and just like the mall it was served up to me in a matter of minutes. To then be disappointed in the bourbon chicken being cold, which that’s not a good health code scenario, but they did instantly make it right once they were made known of the problem.

Finally, the menu seemed to be smaller then the one at the mall, (sorry if I’m not correct in that), but along with that they had added Boba Tea and smoothies to the menu. Which just seemed like a last minute decision.

So my overall thought about it… so so. Just seems like more thought went into maximizing the most profit, then creating a RESTAURANT that provided an experience along with the food. If you have the choice of this one or the mall. Go...
