Didn't realize I was going to be a big inconvenience for the girl working the drive through window. I placed a mobile order on 10/23/2023 at 7pm. When I arrived the girl operating the drive through greated me with, "Yeah?". I said, "I have a mobile order. " Not a word was said from her. Pulls up a order on the screen without asking me for a name, or if it's correct. Thankfully I actually checked this time. I said my order was for my name. She said nothing, so I waited a good 30 seconds. Still no response. So I said that order is correct. Then she replied with,"SECOND WINDOW!" Almost jumping through the mic yelling at me. So I kindly pulled up. No worries, sometimes people have bad days. Let me tell you, it got worse from there. This girl had a worse attitude than a McDonald's Kiosk. So when I pulled up to the window she doesn't say a word. As she started handing me my drinks, (mind you I had a large order) I ask for a drink carrier. She looked for 2 seconds and said, " were out." Okay no problem. But I would expect that when I can clearly see two full sleeves of drink carriers on the wall rack in the back, I wouldn't get lied too. I tried to brush it off. When I got home we got the food out and distributed it across the family. My 39 week pregnant wife opens hers. She order a chalupa with chicken. That way she can have the protein. I was shocked to see it was just lettuce and sour cream. Not for sure how that can really be an accident considering there was nothing ordered even close to that. Sadly this is not this first time I have received the bad attitude experience from this location. I have worked in the food industry for almost 15 years. And never write reviews. Read moreThis location is very hit or miss. They have been getting my order right fairly often the past couple times but they tend to not pay attention when you order. I once ordered a nacho bell grande with no beef and they left the beef on it anyway. Obviously as someone who doesn’t eat beef this was horrible and ruined the entire meal. However I did email the company on the receipt and got a free taco coupon in return for it. Another situation was more recent when I ordered a Cheese quesadilla no jalapeño sauce and they gave me a chicken quesadilla. They are very bad about not including the meets on foods so if you are vegetarian or similar I don’t suggest going to this taco bell.
Edit: Once again had a HORRIBLE experience with this taco bell which brought my previously 3 stars down to a one. The service here when it’s later is just absolutely horrible. They will either tell you that they are all out of the products to make what you want, get your order wrong, or like the experience I had today at drive through, just outright ignore your presence. We pulled into the drive thru, sat behind another person and that person still had yet to be helped. They pulled up to the window and pulled away, assuming no help was given. When we pulled up to the window someone was there and they immediately walked away from the window KNOWING we were there and actively ignoring us. This taco bell has HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service late at night. I have had poor experiences multiple times here from employees ignoring customers to even slamming the window in our face when they got our order wrong instead of fixing it. Multiple times now, at least the last 4 times I have had MAJOR issues in this drive through. Multiple times I’ve gotten incorrect orders. I once ordered a mango freeze, and didn’t get it.. I called it to their attention.. and the guy asked “Do you still want that?” I’ve ABSOLUTELY waited 25+ min just 2weeks ago while they drive through employee argued with some old guy and never did get the order right.. followed up by my car, where half the order was missing..
Cut to today, when I ordered food from my mobile device, leave on my 30min break just to get here and have them say “Our ordering system is down, so if you still want it you will have to come inside and pay in cash.” To which I said, oh I place a mobile order” to which was responded “Yeah.. so… I can’t see it. Your gonna have to just cancel that.”
Idk.. if I can order inside, why can’t I order directly to the rude lady in the drive through window, why didn’t she offer to make it for me, and take cash through the window??
