Saturday evening approximately at 630 I ordered 2 bacon mcdoubles. Add lettuce and extra lettuce. Add extra onion and Mac sauce. The lady at the window who took the payment asked me if I wanted the receipt and I like. A fool said no I didn't need it. Cause I didn't think that I would need it but of course, when I get home. The two bacon mcdoubles didn't have any extra lettuce or mac sauce So I of course called mcdonald's at 6:47 PM. Too complaining about my order not being correct. The lady who answered the phone was the manager and had attitude. When she answered the phone, try to flip it like. I came at her aggressively which I did not. My twin 11 year old granddaughters were with me. And they both said OMG like what is wrong with her. Not ever, will I go here again? And not get a receight, but when you order something, it needs to be fixed, right? The first time McDonald's employees or McDonald's manager with the bad attitude is not paying for my gas for me to get home 3 miles from here and then return to McDonald's. To have something remade. And I'm not sure that I would want anyone there to remake it after complaining about food. I don't trust them. They might do something nasty to the food. And with the bad attitude that she had I'm quite sure she had her brain fixed. Cause she thought I was gonna become aggressive with her. But I did not do that. When you work at restaurants, you probably catch a lot of hell from people. But I wasn't trying to give anybody any hell. I just want what I paid for the way I wanted it because I paid for it out of my pocket and I shouldn't have to return somewhere to have something remade. This happens daily so I can imagine that we're here. Attitude came from probably had nothing to do with me. But the attitude that she gave me was so unnecessary. And then she hung up on me. I'm just gonna call and speak with the general manager. That's why you should always go in a restaurant when you're ordering food instead of going through A drive thru I feel like it would be rude to be trying to check your whole bag. I only had 2 sandwiches so I really should have checked it right there but next time I will and hold the lineup bad attitude...
Read moreOur child wanted a happy meal, so we stopped at the E. Main Street location. The drive thru was closed, so I had to go inside. I've never experienced so much chaos due to employees, ever. Apparently, the computer system was down in the drive thru. Okay. That doesn't affect the inside employees. Nobody knew what to do. They had ONE employee running the register. She was middle aged. I ordered one happy meal and two fountain drinks. She couldn't even get that right. She keyed it in incorrectly, was talking to herself, admitted it to herself (I overheard) and had to ask me again what I was getting. That explained why the order in front of me took 5+ minutes. She then proceeds to tell me that she can't give me a receipt, "but they'll call you". I had to ask for my cups.
The drive thru employees were standing around. Fries were already bagged/boxed, getting cold. There's nothing worse than cold and soggy fries. There were about 10 people waiting on orders and waiting to order. One woman stood at the counter, blocking the area where they were handing out food. They called out "happy meal" to let me know my order was ready. My daughter's drink was missing, so I had to stop a random employee for that. I also had 2 fountain drinks and a chocolate milk and needed a drink carrier. I had to ask for that, too. There were at least 5 employees standing around, so I have no clue why they weren't helping people. The employee seemed irritated that I bothered her. A customer behind me also told her that her drinks were missing. Her response was "You have to get them yourself". At this point, I spoke up. This woman was soft spoken. I explained that the cashier didn't give her cups and I had to basically demand mine, to get them. I then walked out.
There was absolutely no customer service. What was given, was horrible. Nobody wants fries that have been sitting there bagged for at least the 10+ minutes that I stood there. They were sitting on the top tier, waiting to be collected. It was a pretty bad experience. People were using the kiosks to avoid the cashier. It was...
Read moreSat outside their establishment with about 10 other cars for about 30 minutes waiting for them to take our drive through order, l ended up having to call them for them to take ONE(1) order, was given very HEAVY attitude and hung up on, then they made us wait another 5 minutes before taking ONE(1) more order.Ended up sitting there for nearly an hour, I had seen more cars drive off(I also did not too long after) than get their order taken, I had been trapped in line because the line was so dense no one could move. Even the few people(like 3 or 4, no joke) who did get their orders taken were met with attitudes that everyone in that drive through could hear, a yelling match broke out for a minute before they finally yelled at the driver to "PULL UP!!", what's even crazier about this it that it was only 9pm, I normally expect that from their overnight staff, which is why I order early (yeah, I already placed my order and paid and sat there for an hour just to not get anything). I ended up driving up to the window and asking how I could get my refund (to be fair, when I pulled up to the window, the lady there asked if I still wanted them to make my food, but at that point I didn't even trust them enough to be willing to eat it, they were getting mad at customers because we were asking to get our orders taken, and once again WE COULDNT LEAVE because the line wasn't moving and cars kept piling in, expecting the line to move at all). Very upset with my time getting wasted like that and the straight disrespect from the worker for me just asking if orders were being taken. So, if you want McDonalds late at night, choose literally any other...
