McDonald's — Restaurant in Springfield

Waited for an hour for my food and there was no costumers at all its 9 at night and it’s ok I understand it’s late and employees going home but when I tell you my food wasn’t complete and the meat was literally uncooked red and pinkish meat inside my burger my boyfriend is a truck driver and we were running out of driving time so we couldn’t go back but my fries were cold and the burgers were uncooked and it took them an hour to make our food literally waited an hour no cups were given and we had to order from the machine because nobody took our order for about 10 minutes standing there and two employees were sitting in the lobby on their phones and they weren’t even clocked out because they walked back in and started working without clocking in or anything really disturbing service will not come back here again seriously horrible service and lady had a whole attitude because I told her I didn’t get my cups or lettuce and tomatoes and she wanted to charge me extra when I had already paid for it all showing her my...

I find it disrespectful, I sit at the drive through for 5 minutes waiting to order. I then ordered a Diet Coke. No one pointed out to me they were out of large cups. I then pay go to the window and am handed a small Diet Coke. I was the rudely asked is this not yours. I said I order a diet Coke I think. She goes yeah this is it rudely again. I then said I wanted a large Diet Coke. I’m then greeted with a response of well we don’t have large cups and we won’t get them till the truck gets here. The truck keep in mind was there and was blocking off the entire parking lot. I did not appreciate the rude service and did not appreciate the lack of communication before I had bought the Diet Coke. September 2, 2018 - arrived at drive thru @ 9:24am, placed order for number 1, large coffee, two extra sausage mcmuffins.

Paid, get to second window, told my egg mcmuffin is still coming, please pull forward to waiting area. No problem.

Five minutes pass, second customer pulls into waiting location. Moments later, employee comes over with bag of food. Not my order. Not other persons order either.

9:35, third customer pulls in to waiting area, manager brings their food within 2 minutes. Customer #2 gets their order. Manager confirms my order and goes inside.

9:55 - been waiting 30 minutes, go inside, ask to speak to manager. See three orders processed with egg mcmuffins before manager comes over.

He gets my order together with me waiting, says he put extra hash brown in bag. No other recompense offered.

10:05 - get to destination, check order..... no hash...
