Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Springfield

Summary: 3 hours later and no pizza when I ordered a single 1-topping pizza. Pure incompetence.

Ordered a thin crust pizza with double olives. 2 hours later, still don't have my pizza. I put in for text updates too and it shows it was supposed to be delivered around 6:21 pm. I go outside to check for it and there is a pizza, but it isn't what I ordered and it's ice cold. Tracker still shows not delivered. I call them. They didn't answer so took several attempts. Guy doesn't apologize and just says he will send another pizza in 30 minutes. They're of course keeping fhe tip and delivery fee they charged and not refunding a dime. So maybe 2.5 hours (probably more like 3) after I ordered it will I actually get my pizza, if i get my pizza at all. MAYBE. It's a Wednesday in May and there's nothing at all special going on today to be creating such a delay. I have ordered from Pizza Hut locations throughout my life. Hands down the worst service I have ever had. I will be filing a complaint with corporate.

UPDATE it is now 8:30 pm and I ordered the pizza at 5:41 pm. They claimed to have sent a new pizza an hour ago. Manager said it was delivered. I have a security camera. It was never delivered. He offers to send a third pizza after checking because he wasn't sure he actually sent the second. I asked for a refund because I don't want to wait 4 hours for a pizza. He said he has to wait for the driver to get back to cash it out for some reason (I ordered online through their website). I am going to have to check my credit card in the next few days because I do not have any faith in them returning the funds. I am not someone that throws a fit over these things but this is ridiculous. The saddest part is this Pizza Hut apparently doesn't have dine-in and they're still managing to screw up getting pizzas to people even with the reduced workload.

They just didn't care about customers or quality of pizza. Took 30 minutes to place order because the girl said she's new and said they don't deliver to my address which is less than a mile from store. Didn't know anything and told me to call my order into 800 number...called number and was left on hold for 20 minutes so called Battlefield Pizza Hut again was put on hold for 20 minutes so called again finally a gentleman answered and he looked up my address and said they deliver to my street but only the Avenue not Court where I am. I explain that the Court is just at the end of the Ave. So he said we can deliver there then I order 2 medium unlimited topping pan pizzas the Pepperoni Lovers had an average of 1 to 1.5 pieces of pepperoni per slice. Less than a regular pepperoni would have and it wasn't as thick or crisp around edges like pan pizzas should be it was rounded on edges soft doughy and barely cooked with too much sauce and almost no cheese...thought it was the worst pizza I've ever gotten from Pizza Hut but no then there's the Bacon Pepperoni and Pineapple pan I ordered...The first piece I ate had zero sauce zero cheese and one piece of pepperoni where was the rest? Thought it would be covered in toppings no but two of the pieces had a little more of all three toppings but had so much sauce you couldn't taste anything else. The only good thing about this one is that it was more thoroughly cooked and a bit crispy but still about the thickness of hand tossed. NOT THE PIZZA HUT I USED TO...

Terrible customer service and the employees cussed in front of people and at me on the phone when I called to talk to the manager! Ordered on the app @ 6:04 for curbside, 25 mins til it was ready. My husband got there at 6:30 and I clicked that he was there. At 6:45 I tried calling and got a call center who ended up hanging up on me. So he went in to see if he could just grab it. The workers were throwing the FBomb around about everything ….. they couldn’t even find our order. It was done and just sitting it took them a bit to find it, there was no oh sorry about that or anything! One pizze had no sauce and the ½ of jalapeños were on the whole pizza. When I called to talk to the manager the man on the phone was rude and sounded like he told whoever he was yelling at that there was a “B” on the phone! Then I heard the other person yelling that he didn’t have time for F-inf phone calls! The other guy came back on and in quite the snarky tone told me he was too busy to talk! We’ve had multiple problems with this location with them loosing our order or burning the whole thing or bad chicken wings that made us sick or being rude OR allllll the above! But decided to try it again since the people we were ordering for wanted stuffed crust. Needless to say we won’t be ordering from that location we’ll go out of our way to go to another store location or another...
