Starbucks — Restaurant in Springfield

I have been ordering the same coffee for a LONG time i never get anything different and if i go to a shop where it doesnt taste good i dont go back to that shop. Starbucks has a very unique taste to this same drink i get from any coffee stand so on days i really need a great coffee i go to this Gateway starbucks they have always been great but my last 5 visits each drink has not been good the fourth time i brought it back and got something else because it made me want to vomit today was the 5th time and i called in and asked if maybe they had changed the way they make it and i'll have to start getting a drifferent drink, they said "everything is the same maybe its the new people but 5 visits is a lot of times to get it wrong." Perhaps they arent very good at training? I really hoped maybe they had changed the way they make it cause that would mean they werent doing anything wrong. They were nice enough to say next drink is on them but honestly I dont want to try to get my same drink from them again i given them plenty of chances. The people are very nice and have great hair but when i pay .000475% of a million dollars for a coffee at least 1 out of 5 visits it would taste good. Thats 2.375% of a thousand...

Yep ! I am a very loyal Starbucks Woman ! This all began with my 1st trip to Seattle ( I'm an Oregonian) to Check out Pike Street Market! I was 20 years old-( 1977 ) ! Prior to going inside the Market I noticed a cool Coffee Shop right across the Street & went right in ! Whoa ! Baked goods & the aroma of coffee I had never experienced before. I was a country gal that landed in Salem Or to attend Chemekata Community College And while on break I decided to travel there. So happy I did as I became a Starbucks Fan for life. I made many, many trips to Seattle Just for their coffee . At that time there weren't any shops in the Salem or Eugene area. After I received my degree I then moved on to Eugene where I was another hour away from Seattle. I rallied hard for Starbucks to open up a shop in Eugene then rallied for a Rewards Program. The rest is history. I still use my original Rewards Card ( a gold one with a Black Starbucks Cup in the middle). When I walk into any Starbucks Shop to this day- I notice immediately when & if something seems off regarding Baristas to taste of their products -cleanliness -attitudes-ect.
