I don't normally write reviews until a place messes up more than once. Then I know it's not just a mistake and the staff are either lazy or really just don't want to work there. 2 times out of the three times I have ordered from this place online my order has been messed up. Tonight being the worst time. Just getting back from a huge camping trip, I'm tired, im busy putting things away and preparing for the new week ahead so I decided to order out to panda and give it another shot. I order and they claimed my order will take about 40 minutes to be ready. Okay people get busy, and I am not a first come first serve. I get it. No big deal at all. An hour and like 10-20 minutes goes by... the door dash guy finally says he is on his way. I open my bag and of course, a discouraging sight. A WHOLE half of the meal is missing. The order was 2 bigger plates, 2 egg rolls, and that was all I ordered. Not hard right?? I'm now missing one entire bigger plate, and even the chicken going to the first plate are received. Now I'm really mad. I had to stop what I was trying to finish, drop it all, get in the car and get the receipt and drive all the way down there. Again this was the second time in a row I have ordered from here that the online order was nothing close to the order. Either something is missing, or completely wrong. I won't be ordering from here again. Trust me on that. Although, I couldn't even give a look when I was inside because Odessa I believe just like, was angry with me. Like she totally was like man. This sucks and was super empathetic with me and asked if there was anything extra I could want or need to help. She was great of course. Last time as well I had good customer service as well. The employees are all great people around my age dont get me wrong. But damn, this was a really really...
Read moreStopped here for a road trip, it was very busy, the front line workers had a full dining room and drive thru. Everyone was working hard and doing the best they could under the circumstances, I understand it might take a bit to get through the line. After standing in line ( after ordering), I realized almost everything was out, no warning from staff that there would be a wait for food to be made. I watched the drive thru worker (looks like a manager, young white guy wearing a black jacket) load up drive thru plates ahead of in store orders making me wait for food that was now empty not decreasing wait time for the drive thru orders at all as they were already waiting for food to be cooked. He continued to do this after food was added to the line as new drive thru orders came in, I had ordered, was the next in line, and waited for a new batch of orange chicken to be made that I got the last scoop of because the drive thru orders ordered after me got served. The line staff were amazing, though clearly frazzled, and were working hard and being amazingly kind.
Overall disappointed in the procedures, from food to outage police’s. For example, my broccoli beef was half stalks, not large cut broccoli with a lot of stalk, but just tough stalk no top. The lobby was dirty with food and garbage all over. Probably won’t be stopping here again. Couldn’t even do the survey to highlight the hard work of the line cooks because it said the survey code had already...
Read moreUsually, I am not one to leave negative reviews for food establishments because I have worked in the food service industry, and I know the immense amount of effort that goes into it, and the abuse workers are often subjected to. But the consistently awful performance and treatment I've encountered at this Panda Express compelled me to break from that practice. This is the most poorly managed food establishment I have ever encountered. A majority of the time that I use the drive thru, I get the wrong order and an immense amount of attitude when I point out the mistake. It's busy at that drive thru; I get that mistakes happen when you're having to hustle that much, so I've turned to going into the lobby to order instead. That hasn't been much better. Just today, when my partner ordered a bowl with the honey sesame chicken, the staff member served her a scoop that contained (and I am not exaggerating) just TWO small pieces of chicken. When I kindly asked if my partner could please have a little more chicken, the staff member scolded us, gave us two additional large scoops (I asked for just a little more chicken), and loudly announced that she was now giving us three times the appropriate portion (again, not what we asked for). I truly understand that working in the service industry is incredibly frustrating and that mistakes happen. But this place is consistently bad, and I hope this brings about some change in the way customers...
