Starbucks — Restaurant in Springfield

Went there to get 3 drinks, and I ordered a pumpkin cold brew and i stood there watching the two workers talk about it. At first they were just talking about the pumpkin drink from last year, but then after paying they complained about it while making my drink, saying that they are just going to lie to customers about not having the drink they want, and then gave us the drinks but making us reach over the counter for it, and they made the drink wrong too, they never put ice in it or any flavouring. The the barista at Starbucks at this location was exemplary. She was fast, courteous, professional and I was impressed by her knowledge and patience with me. She asked me a couple questions and made a suggestion and it was wonderful. I went back to tip before I left but she was gone and I realized she had served me after hours and I hadn't tipped her. I asked her name, Whitney, and went back next day to give her a tip. The store itself I was not impressed. But if for nothing else, stop there to be served by the best barista on the Starbucks...

I was happy to find this Starbucks being so close to my house. But it goes south very quick. The staff is more worried about chatting instead of making drinks and complaining about their hours and how they need a vacation. Then we got our drinks, a venti and grande with sweet cream foam and over half the cup was filled with foam. Could have saved myself 15 bucks if I knew I was spending it on whipped cream.
