I ordered through the subway app for delivery. And my order was not delivered and when I tried to contact the store, Tara told me that I needed to contact DoorDash because they used a third-party for delivery, which is understandable. So I called DoorDash, and DoorDash told me that because I ordered through Subway app that I would have to talk to Subway to get my food remade or a refund And so I contacted Subway again and Tara cursed me out and told me that she cannot help me or remake my food or refund my order because I needed to get a hold of DoorDash. I explained to her that DoorDash said because the order was placed through their app. They would have to take care of it. Tara then told me she will not be refunding or remaking my order because she doesnât have proof that I didnât get my order and that I needed to stop calling and just call DoorDash. They are so unprofessional very disrespectful and has very poor customer service. So I spent almost $20 on an order that I did not get and had to order food from another place for my dinner. When I asked to speak with a higher manager, Tara told me that was not going to happen and reminded me to stop contacting the store. I know all of the owners are brothers, and I had looked for a corporate number to speak to somebody higher and they donât have that so I basically spent money and put money in their pockets...
   Read moreAfter spending over $20 on 2 sandwiches, one of which was supposed to be toasted, get home and it's not toasted the bread felt and tasted (had the texture of old bread) awful. I felt bad for the guy working alone by himself he was nice. The food was the problem we eat subway probably 3 times a week if not more,buy but after this experience I will NEVER BE going to any subway. They stopped carrying the flavored wraps(which I understood if people weren't ordering the wraps) I would much rather go somewhere that I know the food will actually be good and if toasted actually be toasted. Total waste of money smh...and will make sure to post on other social media's to warn people to not waste their money especially at this location or any other for that matter.

   Read moreI come here daily the last few times I noticed a polite blonde lady obviously new to job but working very hard I come in daily tonight this lady was berated and fired in hearing of myself other patrons manager said she was dumb and slow I heard lady say only had 3 shifts I am a teamster official and labor leader I value the American worker even those not in jobs with organised labor I won't be back I assure you many many many other teamsters and other union members .Won't be either ill take my subway budget to the one by shoe carnival the manager Lisa runs...
