Employees are incredibly rude, and have no idea what’s going on, and neither does Alyssa, the general manager!
Today, I placed an order for $38.67 on their website, to which my card was charged and I received the confirmation email. It was to be ready at 410pm.
I get there at 420pm and they said they don’t have my order(4 foot longs, chips and cookies) The employee didn’t even look at the computer, but said she doesn’t see an order. I’m said, can you look in the computer to see maybe....no of course not. She then told me she would call the “general manager “ for a solution. The general manager said she would look into it and call back.......well I waited over an hour in the store for her to call back and she never did. At 525, The employee finally called her back...she says she doesn’t see an active order.....well of course you don’t see an active order, it was over an hour ago now(I’m sure the order was cancelled in the system by this point since it showed the order hadn’t been picked up) So I asked if She would talk to me right then since she’s on the phone, or give me a call but she refused to do either. She also refused to give me my food that I already paid for but didn’t get, refused to give me a refund and refused to give me a phone number to corporate or whoever deals with online order issues so I can get my money back! So I spent $40 placing an order online, and I didn’t get my food or my money back!! They said there should be a number on the email I got. And she’s right there is, but it’s the STORES phone number!!

Read moreSo we walked in at around 9:45 granted it was close to the closing time, and the employee working was a shorter female with dark hair and a pair of lips tattooed on the side of her neck, just for a description. As we walked in the employee just looked at us and gave us a dirty look and did not acknowledge us at all said absolutely nothing to us lean nothing to us. I said Hey how are you doing and she said nothing back, so we walk to the end to order, she still has not acknowledged us at this point, continues to count the drawer for the end of the shift. We stand there for about 5min, and she finally decides to be done with the drawer, walks by let's out a sigh like we're an inconvenience to her and just walked to the back. As a fellow business owner if any of my employees ever treated my customers like that they would definitely not have a job any longer. If this is a locally owned franchise, I would be embarrassed to have my employees treating customers like that. I can't say I will be returning to this Subway anytime soon and honestly thinking about giving corporate a call to see what they say. I hope this post helps someone in making their decision...
Read moreIt's quite demeaning to watch this store weigh the amount of meat they are going to put on your sandwich. I visit many other Subway restaurants several times a month. This is the only one that weighs the food on a scale in front of you.
Also, the meat then looks like it isn't enough at all when they "dump" it on your sandwich. Which of course translates into no meat flavor on your sub. The hardees to be a connection with getting less meat because of a scale, and for sub tasting badly. I wish I could get the owner to understand this.
None of the others do it, and their subs are DELICIOUS! Can't get enough of them. The meat quantity isn't that much more either. If it's weighed, it's done when it's cold and dry, instead of warm and wet. Water has weight, and that takes place of meat.
The only reason they got a 2 instead of 1 is that they were friendly. Plus, I have them a better rating 9 months ago. So they have definitely taken a turn downhill. I...
