Another experience.. I urge everyone to always check their orders . No exaggeration but every single time I come here something is always missing out of my bag. It's either sauce, french fries, mozzarella sticks or multiple items. I hate to sit at the window holding up the line, but I am going to start checking my bag before I leave the window. Most people here are friendly when I come in to let them know, but you always have someone that huffs and puffs like it's my fault that I want what I paid for .
Bad experience at this Burger King. Ordered online and went thru drive thru to pick up. They handed us our drinks and asked us to pull forward for our food. There was already a guy in front of me waiting for his as well. Another car came up behind me and waited as well for a long time at the window because there was no room left for him to pull up. Awhile later, guy behind me at window is handed his food while me and the guy in front of me are still waiting. They preceded to tell us that another customer came back complaining about his order so they had to remake his food, so ours was now going to be even longer. I decided to speak to the manager and let her know that I am a patient person and do not mind waiting however, the car behind me at the window should have never been handed his food. Regardless of him at window, he ordered last and the man in front of me should have gotten his first. Then myself then the car at window which is exactly why i do not like pulling forward because the window is always first to get their food which us not right. I would have given a one star however. The employees were kind and they did add free food to my bag for the inconvenience. I am only posting this in hopes management reads it and stops handing food to people at the window first when others you made pull forward have been waiting...

I've had 2 experiences with the Burger King on West Republic Road and they were very different. The first time was great: It was easy to pre-order online and when I got there my order was ready. They got my order right, price was reasonable, food was good.
But when I came back about a week and a half later the experience was a total disaster. I pre-ordered via their website again and that went fine, but from that point forward things went downhill fast. When I got to the restaurant, about 20 minutes after ordering, they claimed they didn't know anything about my order, even though I'd been e-mailed an order confirmation from them, when I placed it. Apparently their computer system was down. One of the employees first said I'd have to sit and wait, indefinitely in the drive-thru line, until they could get it fixed, but then he decided they would find a way to keep operating. While sitting in the drive-thru, I had to repeat what I wanted 3 more times. I ended up sitting in the drive-through 30 MINUTES!! That was even though there was just one vehicle ahead of me. When I finally got, what was supposed to be my order it was wrong. The female employee tried to say it was hard to hear customers through the drive-thru intercom so I whipped out my phone and showed her that they'd sent me a WRITTEN confirmation of what I ordered. smh Through the whole ordeal the two employees I spoke with were polite and apologetic. They were both very young and, I suspect probably hadn't gotten adequate training.
In the end, I got to keep the food I'd been given by mistake, at no extra charge and eventually got the 2 ITEMS I'd paid for, too so I guess something good came out of it, but the entire ordeal lasted about 45 minutes. O.M.G. do NOT go to this place if...
Read moreI put in an online order, via the BK App, for a Double Cheeseburger and Fries to this location yesterday at 5:43 pm for pickup at the drive thru ASAP.
I got to the drive-thru just before 6 pm (my food should have been ready by then per the app), and as soon I got to the speaker I was greeted and asked to please wait. After a good 10+ mins, they came back and I let them know I was there for a pickup order. They instructed me to pull up to the 2nd window, there was 1 car ahead of me.
At 6:19 pm, the car ahead of me still hadn't been served and I was done waiting. I drove around, parked, walked inside, and asked for my order at the counter. I was informed then they were having "electrical issues" with their screens due to the weather and they hadn't even gotten started on my order. They started putting it together right away.
I had my food in hand and walked out the door by 6:21 pm. It took 38 minutes from time to order to food in hand for a Double Cheeseburger and Fries. The only plus side is the staff inside wasn't rude about it and made my food as soon as I asked for it once I went inside. I just wish they were transparent about their issues at the drive-thru initially when I first pulled up, because I would have skipped it completely and just come inside.
We frequent this location often because it's closest to us and BK is one of my Son's favorites. Dining in we almost never have an issue. However, drive-thru is abysmal at best any time we try it as of late. So, much so it compelled me to write a review about it.
If you're looking for fast food from here, you're better off parking and going inside and ordering to-go. I guarantee you'll get it faster than going through...
