It had been many years since I have taken time for myself to workout and focus on me. I decided to take a leap and join F45 South Springfield and my experience has been nothing short of awesome! For the first time, I wake up excited to workout. The trainers are awesome and make you feel comfortable and are super friendly. The workouts are only 45 min so it doesn’t take up a huge portion of my day. When I joined the F45 challenge, not only did I get 24-7 access to the gym and trainers, but they also call once a week to check on my progress and answer questions, I get a meal plan, a shopping list and a heart monitor to wear during workouts to track my progress. This gym allows you to walk in the door complete your workout and get going without the stand around wasting time atmosphere. Very important to a mom,wife, business owner when time is valuable. While allowing just enough time and encouragement from both staff and other members to have that “team” feel. F45 is the most welcoming gym I have been to. Each person that steps foot in the gym be it trainer or attendee is so positive and welcoming. Everyone is encouraging no matter your skill/fitness level. The workouts may seem intimidating at first, but the trainers are all extremely knowledgeable and helpful to work with each person on proper form and to modify any exercises as needed.
