Honestly I feel like this subway and the people that work there are very unprofessional. I used to work there and I got fired for trying to talk to the general manager for the night shift manager trying to have an inappropriate conversation with me. Then after that there was another buy working there and they were accusing him of touching a girl when he never did and they started calling him names and he ended up crying and quit the job bc some of the employees and the night shift manger started accusing him of something he didn’t do and started calling him names. Apparently I hated working there bc the way we got treated and bc of how unprofessional the manager was at work and still is. The people who work at the Subway Restaurant on Saint James boulevard in Springfield, MA we're bomb! Friendly and professional. Helpful and made me and my family feel welcome. They are also open late which is super convenient because I have had at least 3 incidents at the Subway on Sumner Ave in Forest Park, Springfield; Where I get there 5-6min before they are supposed to close and yet their door is already locked and the employee won't even look up... Smh so not only is it already locked up but the sign in the window still says open and right there printed on the glass door are the hours of operation but the person inside won't even look up and indicate that they are closed because they know they are wrong for doing that to people!
