Subway — Restaurant in Springfield

I ordered on the app because i had very little time in between classes and was starving. My instructions of extra ranch, extra cucumbers, extra salt and pepper, and even the extra cheese I paid for were not followed. Overall it was the worst subway sandwich I have ever bought. I always order the exact same thing every time I go to subway and it is my favorite spot for a quick and healthy lunch. There was no salt and pepper on my sandwich at all and even though I asked for extra cucumbers there was literally only 4 slices on my footlong sandwich. I dont usually complain but I feel like if I am paying extra for extra cheese I should receive extra cheese. I would have been better off hitting a drive thru somewhere. Told by staff that they do not have public restrooms, to which I teplied, Im preparing to oder, then RUDELY told, "I said we dont have public restrooms!!!" Small one way parking lot and the owner just blocked it off to deliver groceries that where piled in the back of his truck. Uncovered and it was raining and I've never seen groceries get picked up instead of delivered. I wouldn't of came here but I think Harrison location is out of business.
