If you're a small business working with a limited budget, look elsewhere. The Greek Corner stands firm on "the customer is always wrong."
I really wanted to keep using The Greek Corner, but I can't. My first order was wonderful. The screen printing was great, the order took a few weeks longer than expected, but the results were wonderful.
I made a second order that cost me ~$2,700 and asked to have hats and patches made. I asked for my logo to be shrunk down smaller and to add my location to the bottom so we could tuck the shirts in and still read everything. The art team gave me a mock up of what I wanted and it was perfect. After 4 weeks, no one had contacted me. I called to see when I could pick up my shirts and to ask about hats and/or patches being made. I was told something about someone being sick or their screen printer hurt her arm, which I understand things getting held up, I just would have like to know my order wouldn't be ready. They couldn't tell me a date that they'd be ready, so I had to keep calling each week to check. They took about 6 weeks total. Also, they never got back to me on ordering hats or patches.
Brad, himself, ended up driving my three boxes out to Seymour for me three separate days, which I very much appreciated. However, when I pulled out the same color and size of shirt and compared them to the first set of shirts they made for us, they didn't shrink the logo at all. In fact, the logo looks slightly bigger.
I emailed Brad telling him I wasn't satisfied with the shirts and was really disappointed. He made a lot of excuses blaming employees, even saying he fired one working on my order (what?! Poor girl! I definitely didn't want that to happen.) Then he offered a slight discount on my next order of over 100 shirts. I can't drop another almost $3K for more shirts right now.
I attached the art mock up that I approved. Notice how the logo and words are pushed up to the top half of the shirt. I know I'm being persnickety, but this was what we had agreed on. The latest shirts logo has slid down 0.5" and you can't tuck in the shirt and still read the location. Brad couldn't tell me why my shirts don't look like the art proofs.
Edited to update: Brad, thank you for responding to this review, because you ignored my second email. I didn't ask for you to drive them out (I was going to pick them up), you were at 6 weeks again with extremely little communication on your part. I missed two large vacation surges I could have sold shirts, but I let it go. You dropped off the 3XL shirts first and the smalls were on the last box, which was what I compared mine to. You also made mention that YOU made my order, and that you learned how to screenprint two weeks prior---it shows. I wasn't wanting to insult you, you knew they weren't great. I didn't even mention that in my review how thick the printing is; they're like shields on your chest. You were dissatisfied with the product you gave me and said so.
I see you didn't mention why your art proofs were so different from the shirts YOU made. Like other reviews say, it's never on you, it's always someone else. That's fine, Brad. I'll update my star rating...
Read moreWe are a small business company that has used Greek Corner for 5+ years and they have never treated us so horrible and caused so many problems with our order/orders. We started September the 1st with our orders with Brad being our sales manager and they still are not complete. They made a color error and tried to charge us a restocking fee! I lucky had proof of the color in an email. Then I ordered three North Face sweatshirts for me and my two employees and they gave me the sweatshirts with our names but no logo on the back! We paid for the logo on the back! We ordered ball caps on September the 1st and they still haven’t completed that order! They left out a coat for one of my employees and then ask me if it was ok to complete it after the first of the year! Their embroidery department was all booked! I have paid around $8,000.00 to this company and they are saying that they only charged me for the front of my husband’s coat and not the back! I have a email with the invoice from October showing what I paid. Ashley would not even look at it! Ashley shoved the new invoice she made in my face! Ashley told me she would send it to collections! We are unfortunately breaking complete ties with Greek Corner! Brad is the one that completely made a mess out of everything! I’m just sorry that it has come to this! The customer service and invoice tracking has been horrendously horrible! I honestly feel they were just trying to find a way to charge us for the restocking fee. Our expectations are not that extremely high! When I have to pay for something before it’s done, that’s where my problem...
Read moreI have used Greek Corner for many years for personal and business needs, mostly for screen printing. I recently needed some embroidery done and checked first with another store in town. This other store gave me a lead time of over a month and the prices were very high, plus I was going to have to pay a rush shipping charge. I thought I would check with Greek Corner to see if they could help and they exceeded my expectations! When I walked in, they were so friendly and gave me a time line that was 1/2 of what the other store was quoting me. Plus, it was much less expensive and they didn’t charge me a rush fee on this project. I called to check to see if my project would happen to be finished early as I was meeting a friend that one of the items were for and they said they would be finished in 30 minutes! I was so excited to receive my project even before the time they quoted! I am very impressed, once again, with the service I received at Greek Corner! Next time I’ll know not to waste my time and go straight to...
