The food is very good. The kitchen is very very clean.
I’ve come here a long time and was treated so poorly last night though that I want an apology from the boy on the phone. Truly disappointed by the lack of character and integrity from the boy at the counter.
I originally placed an order for two beef lo mein, sesame chicken, chicken w/ mixed vegetables, vegetable fried rice, and crab Rangoon. He repeated the order back and said it was $66.25.
I changed my mind and said I would like 1 beef lo mein and added an order of fried dumplings. I repeated the entire order back to him to clarify. He did not tell me the price nor repeat the order back to me.
When I came in I talked to their mama. She is the sweetest. I paid for my order and it was still $66.25. I was skeptical…
I drove 15min back home to my family who I was hosting because they were without power. Opened it up and it was missing my fried dumplings so I called the store. I said, “I’m missing the dumplings from my order can you look around?”
These boys wanted me to pack up all the food and bring it back to prove it!
Like I’m so cheap and dishonest that I would find it worth it to lie about a $10 appetizer just so I could have the please of driving another 30min round trip to come get it. Let all my food get cold. Pack it all up in front of my sons and their grandparents that I had over for dinner after 3 days without power. Just to prove that I’m not lying about their mistake…
A little grace toward others and a little responsibility for their honest mistake is all I’m asking.
Not everyone is out to...
Read moreThis is my family's go to place for Chinese food in town. Everything any of us have ever gotten here has been great. My go to favorites are the broccoli and beef or the broccoli and chicken, and some of my family’s favorites are the sweet and sour shrimp, sweet and sour chicken, and shrimp mei fun. Plus, we always grab some crab rangoon or egg rolls as well! The family that runs the restaurant is super nice and friendly and always willing to remove veggies we don’t like from a dish. The turn around on a phone order is usually only 15 min which is super nice when I don’t decide what I want until after I’m...
Read moreSince the pandemic, we only order take out. The food is well packed and still hot when we get home. Large menu and almost everything is good. The one disappointment is shrimp in lobster sauce. This Cantonese dish should have a thick fragrant sauce, but it's thin and watery like that at most Springfield, Chinese restaurants. It needs more ground pork, and the imitation crab/lobster adds nothing. Aside from this, the Hunan and Szechuan dishes are excellent, as are the Mongolian beef and...
