Taco Bell — Restaurant in Springfield

Very rude management, unhelpful, and disrespectful. My wife and I went there for dinner after she came home from work. We paid almost $20.00 for our food. after traveling 15 mins. to get home we took our food out to eat. I orderd nachos, there was no meat at all, very little cheese, and sour cream. I called and asked to speak with the manager (Jenny) I told her the situation and she told me I was wrong that she watched it being made, I asked her if she normally watches all the food being made, she said no, I asked what she could do for me, she said me "nothing", I then asked her for her GM's name (which she lied about), then she said come back and I'll fix it, I told her it would be 30 min. drive there and back and that it's 1 in the morning, she said she didn't care its not her problem, I asked for the corporate number, then she hung up the phone on me!? If this is how there management run there business I can only imagine what is really going on there behind the scenes and how many people get treated like crap. I am filing a report with the BBB and corporate office. I will never eat there again as long as I live and I wouldn't recommend anyone else eat there either. This has been my worst Taco Bell experience ever. When we went in my friend went to the restroom. The gentleman at the counter was very prompt about greeting us. But he kept asking me and asking me if I was ready. Just seemed very rushed and pushy. The food was absolute trash. I'm not going to sugarcoat it. Every single thing I had in my supreme whatever box, was ice cold. The chalupa was harder than the table I was sitting at. Another thing, the restaurant was filthy. The sauce containers in the lobby for customers we're empty. There was trash all over the countertops and most of the seating in the dining room was dirty. Not a good experience at all. I would definitely not be returning to this location. Usually Taco Bell is a safe go-to when I'm not real sure what I want or when I'm short on time. So hopefully other locations in town are much better than what I experienced at...

I'm usually understanding when it comes to fast food because I have worked in fast food. Tonight I ordered food from this particular Taco Bell. This is the second time that we've had issues with our food. The first time I let it go. This time I cannot let it go. Our chicken chalupas were cold, our tacos were mush (They were crunchy but we ordered soft tacos to begin with). We were missing a whole combo and when I called to tell them about it, expecting to make another trip back, the girl on the phone apologized and took my name and said that they'd replace my meal the next time we order. So what am I supposed to eat for dinner? Working in the food industry, I can tell you that that's code for, (we hope you forget that we owe you a free meal.)
