Burger King — Restaurant in Springfield

If I could leave zero stars I would. The staff in the Northfield location is so rude. I went thru the drive thru on Saturday, September 23rd around 11:30. This is lunch time and they were a bit busy but not terribly busy. You could hear the woman taking my order sighing on the other end of the speaker as I was placing my order. Then at the window I paid for my order and they immediately told me to pull to the third window, which was no big deal, I had a $40 order so I understand that takes a few extra minutes. The woman who brought my order to the window basically threw the bag at me and slammed the window shut. I checked the bag and sure enough there were items missing from my order. I sat at the window and when the woman came back to see what I needed, her very sarcastic response was "Is there something I can do for you?" Then I was told to pull around so they could take car of the car behind me. As if all of this wasn't enough, I got home and the sandwiches I ordered were not the sandwiches that were in the bag. No one takes time to check these orders anymore and no one takes the time to simply say, Thank you, Have a good day. Such is the world we are living...

I’ve been going to this burger king for at least 10 years because it was consistently made, I knew what to expect and I enjoyed eating their burgers and fries. For the last 6 months or so not one time have they prepared the whopper junior right. Today iced the cake for me and I won’t be back. I ordered a whopper junior without onion, tomato or pickle. What i got was a whopper regular size with a mound of mayo and cheese. And it wasn’t even cooked all the way thru, it was actually pink. I thought i would throw up. So, I went back thru the drive up. They replaced it with…another whopper with a mound of mayo, some ketchup and lettuce this time and cheese. And it was pink in the middle. GOOD GRIEF HOW HARD IS IT TO LISTEN, TAKE AN ORDER, GET IT RIGHT AND COOK A BURGER??? I dropped 12 $ on food I threw away. Last time. Now we need to find another burger joint. I guess the people that work there don’t care about the quality of their work....

I ordered in the drive thru. it was a #2 medium, extra onion, no cheese, with a Dr pepper. I added a bbq cup at the window. The man at the windows was not very nice. No smile, I tried to be very polite bit he wouldn't even respond to me. When he handed me my food, he said "I put salt in your bag." Tho I didn't ask for any, I did appreciate it. I asked him if the BBQ cup i added was in there. It was not. He gave it to me. I said thank you and he shut the window. The Fries were fresh and hot which I also appreciated but my double whopper only had 1 patty on it. I was already home when I started eating my sandwich. I did try to call twice but they never answered. I have worked fast food for many years. I know it can be hard sometimes but it is your job! There weren't even any cars ahead of me and you still didn't...
