If i could put 0 Stars I would. Last nights service (3/10/16 from 545pm to 630pm) was the worst i have ever had at any restaurant. To start, i brought in a buy a meal get a meal coupon. The waitress proceeds to tell me that all wings were on special. I asked if i could use the coupon and still get the special on wings and she said yes. So i ordered 6 boned, and 6 boneless wings. Plus an additional 12 boned to go. We were later told that the boned were no longer on special and we would have to pay full price. I feel that the wings were told to me that they were on special and that we should have got them at that price. Later my wife ordered extra condiments with her meal, she proceed to ask for them 3 time and never received them. In addition to all of this, i was told even tho i ordered 6 wings i would have to pay for 7 because that is the minimum i was allowed to order. I only recieved the 6. When it came time to pay the bill, i was charged for everything (remember i had a coupon that i asked about before i ordered anything.) I asked about this, the waitress said she would take care of it, then i hear the cashier say that they could not take the meal off with the coupon, it would have to be the wings because they are considered a meal and the lowest priced food on the bill. I went on to tell the waitress i was displeased with the service by telling her this is the worst experience and that we would never return to the establishment again. I promptly signed my receipt and left. My wife following a little behind me, was stopped and harassed by the waitress and cashier. She was told mistakes happens, and my wife replied with yes, but several were made and we had to pay for all the mistakes. They then got in her face, and was loudly and rudely telling her to leave now and not worry about it because she was never coming back again. The total amount of the bill was not that much i know, but it was the fact that the service and what was promised to me was never met. Additionally, those to ladies should never had acted like they did in front of all the customers and to my wife. Again we will never return to this location, and maybe to any other wings...
Read moreI ordered carry-out from Wings Etc. this evening. It was also my first time eating here, so I arrived five minutes prior to the pick-up time. The restaurant was empty, and had a strange, convoluted setup and no employees were in sight. There were no signs indicating where to go for carry-out orders, so as I was looking around, an employee finally saw me. He shouted from across the restaurant, "Are you here for a carry-out order?" I hollered back, "Yes, which way do I go?" He replied, "Oh, it don't matter; you can go either way," and waved toward a long bar that ran behind the seating area.
When I got back there, still no employees anywhere, I was at a loss. Do I stay here? Do I walk down to the other end? Once again, no signs indicating where to go for carry-out orders. Eventually, a man walked over from the other end with a bag, asked my name, handed it to me, and said, 'You're good.' That was it—no 'thanks for coming in,' no smile, nothing.
I expected the food to be like bar food, and I was fine with that because I like bar food. But it wasn’t. It was like fast food. And it wasn’t even good fast food—extremely cheap, frozen food. To add insult to injury, it was cold. It'd sat for at least 10 minutes before I picked it up, and by the time I got home, it was all cold. Not even a little warm. The curly fries looked overcooked, and combined with the cold temperature, they were inedible. The boneless wings were overcooked, cold, and hard. They reminded me of Sam’s Club boneless wings, except worse. The nacho cheese sauce clearly came out of a tin can, which is fine unless you’re charging $4.00 for a tiny 4oz cup when it literally costs pennies an ounce.
This company, like many others, is ripping consumers off with extremely low-quality, bad food and expensive prices. This was my first and last time...
Read moreThis was my first coming to Wings Etc, and it will be the last. Me and my girlfriend went there for dinner to try it out, I'm African American and my girlfriend is mixed. We were the only people of color in there that night. Our server was nice. but the managers we're a different story.....The two mangers that we're literally went to every single table and asked all the customers how they we're doing... We we're there for almost two hours and not once we're we asked if our food was okay or if everything was alright with us. Don't managers normally ask that when people are coming into their restaurant spending money? When I asked the manager why no one came to our table and checked on us, his exact words we're "JUST BECAUSE I'M THE MANAGER I DON'T HAVE TO CHECK ON YOU, TAKE IT UP WITH THE OWNERS" ... I said "WHAT?????? that doesn't even make sense"...Your suppose to ALWAYS check on your customers!! I asked him in a polite tone. HE became extremely rude and slammed a bowl on the table and told us to leave and told us that our money didn't matter, and called me and my girlfriend "Trash" and said began yelling at us calling us more names. All of that because I asked him why he didn't check on us?!??!! I'm going to make sure this is known, DO NOT GO TO WINGS ETC. If your black you can forget about good service.
