Thai Cafe — Restaurant in Springfield

I rarely write negative reviews. I understand times are hard and everyone is struggling. I was in the area visiting friends. I decided to stop and grab some food. Some wings. Another appetizer and some bubble tea. It was all HORRIBLE in its own right. Horrible and EXPENSIVE!!!! Firstly, the wings that I ordered were it would seem made for children. They were perhaps the smallest wings that I have ever had. To compound on that. I was given only FIVE wings. Five tiny little horrible tasting wings. I literally threw them away. They were bland. I am talking no salt, pepper, sauce, or any other seasoning for that matter. Just literal wings with bland bland white rice fresh out of some rice cooker. The bubble was the only thing that tasted decent. The problem was. They filled the to go cup with some much ice. I took 2 and a half. Perhaps 3 drinks from the straw and the drink was gone. Literally 2/3 of the cup was ice. I feel like a Karen writing this but it was this bad 👎🏽 The straw that they gave me for the bubble tea did not proportionally fit the bubbles in my tea. So any time I drank from my straw. The bubbles would get stuck in the straw. The first time this happend to me. When I took the straw out to see what happened. The tea spilled out from the straw all over the floor and my shoes. I only write this review because I was in the area again and passed by this place and reminded myself to write this review. All in all, I rate this place 3/10 stars. The only reason it is not 2 is because even though they cheat you out of a decent size of bubble tea. Atleast it tasted normal. Go to another asian restaurant. I genuinely don't know how it has the decent reviews it...

(They are racists) my mom brought me, my daughter and nephew (a african American family) here because this was her favorite place to eat. My daughter is two and my nephew a year in a half. The babies started talking in baby language to the baby sitting next to us when the people at another table who were white yelled and said "hey can you shut your kids up"! I looked at them and asked what do you want us to do they are babies. That's when the lady waitress came over smacking my 1 year old nephews hand telling him to be quiet. Then the manager came and told us we needed to leave. On the way out the door I told the manager that my mom comes here all the time and sends them business he rolled his eyes at me and said "they come here all the time"( the Caucasians) and walked away. I was so shocked for the way we were treated not only that but babies will be babies. But in my own opinion money is green it shouldn't matter what color is holding it. There for treat all your...

I have gone here for years. But tonight was the last night I will ever eat here again. I know some places can have an off night in the taste or service department. I asked for something specific to not be put into my dish, due to allergies. It came out with the item, the waiter noticed before he got to the table, but the manager said give it to me anyways (I do speak Thai). I pointed out the error and they took it back to the kitchen. It came out a few minutes later and I began to eat. About halfway through, I bite into the item and there are several I'm the dish. They simply looked for the items and took them out. Never recooked the item. So now I have hives, and they didn't care. Not a sorry or anything. The waiter just started at me with vacant eyes. The lady next to me asked for no Shrimp in her meal and she got several.

Food doesn't taste bad, just bring your epi pen if you have food allergies. I am very...
