When my husband and arrived @ Bed, Bath and Beyond, we really didn't have much time. Say about 15 minute's. I knew what we were looking for. I ask one young man, described to him what I needed he went to the section I needed. Then he ask another gentleman there. I described to him what I was looking for and showed him on my cell phone of a particular hand brush to clean finger and toenail's. He said to me He thought they had that there. He took me right over to it and it's what I needed. The customer service was great in just that length of time! I have to commend them! They did a great job! Probably my new favorite mall. Lots of shops and restaurants with lots of parking. Some stores were still closed midday on a Sunday but nothing that ruined the day. I will say, I'm very disappointed in the lack of EV charging stations. There are only two spots for traditional EVs and all the parking was taken by NON-EV CARS! Security didn't care. However, you're good if you have a Tesla because there were about 10-15 stations for Tesla. Springfield center needs to enforce the EV spots and put a lot more in. I think they'd get more...
