If you use the app to place a carry out order the odds are very high that they will mess up your order. Have ordered carry out 3 times now and 2 out of the 3 were missing more than half the order. Last night i purchased a 20 piece boneless meal which included a side of fries along with a 10 piece traditional. They packed the bag and sealed it, read off the receipt to me upon pickup so I assumed it was correct. Made it home only to find they completely forgot the 20 piece I ordered. How do you forget the largest portion of the order. Wasted my time running back to get it fixed, was told I would get a call back about a refund but instead no call, no refund, nothing to make up for wasted time and their mistake. Food is good but wouldn't know since half the time im stuck eating my food cold after having to run back to get their...

Just tried to order wings for the second time here for them to completely ignore my request or tell me “they can’t do it”

I tried calling and ordering 8 wings, two sauces, all the wings tossed together in the same two sauces. So, that’s 8 wings, all tossed in Mild AND Lemon Pepper together. This is an awesome combo and every single chicken wing joint I’ve gone to in my 30 years has done so no problem.

I was told you guys can’t fulfill this simple request because “it mixes sauce in one bowl and you only have a finite amount of bowls.”

So you’re telling me that, You can’t wash a bowl? I was in food service for a decade, it’s not that hard nor does it take a long time. You use the same bowls for each flavor over and over and over again without washing your bowls? That’s pretty disgusting.

1st time there last night. Ordered Hawaiian bone in wings. Fries weren't fully cooked, no sauce on wings. No sauce on chicken sandwich. People were coming and going after us at least 8. We were the only ones there and I had to go up and let them know that we had been waiting for 25 minutes and they had to go look at our order and apologized that it'll be right out, so we waited about another 10 minutes and it came out. The gentleman there apologized and said he promises the next time it will be really good and that they were short staffed. How can u promise that. He thought that a couple brownies would make it all better. A refund should of happened. Anyways I've been really sick since middle of night. I'm taking different meds including anti nausea pills. Will never go back, would recommend everyone...
