Starbucks — Restaurant in St. Ann

Horrible customer service April 28th 2025 at 17:00 myself and a friend (whom is an older woman) ordered two drinks and a food item. The younger lady working register and the gentleman working making drinks were absolutely rude and the customer service was no where to be found with them. When asked to heat up the food item, the young lady working the register was very rude and asked what was wrong with the item after the fact that my friend clearly stated she just wanted it warmed up. We both asked for add ins to our matcha drinks and didn’t even get the add in we asked for, since we already had to deal with the hostility we didn’t come back to rectify the issue. Taylor, the cashier at this Starbucks located across from gate E4 made this airport visit an exceptional experience. The line has been around the corner for over an hour, and Taylor continues to greet customers with a smile, take their order, take proper intervals to prepare food and drinks, and keeps the place running smoothly! Please note there are only 3 employees on duty including Taylor and the line has been continuous, so I truly appreciate her exceptional customer service and ability to go above and beyond! There are multiple Starbucks at STL airport. This review is for the one in Terminal 1 near Delta's gate A4. This morning, there was quite a queue waiting but I checked and yes, you can order from the app. No need to wait in line!
