Burger King — Restaurant in St. Charles

Late night diners beware!

Its Wednesday night at about 10:20pm and I placed and paid for an online order for pick up on the burger king website for this location. My instructions were to go to drive thru and tell them I'm picking up my online order, and to pick up before 11pm, because that's when they close. I get there at 10:40pm and the inside lights are on but all outside lights, menu, order screen and intercom are off. There's one car leaving the pick up window and I rush over there after them. One employee sees me, I tell him I have an online order. No one was aware of this until they checked the computer/register. Clearly they were shut down and I was seconds from not catching anyone at all. They make my order on the spot and everything was fine. While I was waiting for my food tho, about 5 other cars drove in and then immediately out of the drive thru, apparently wanting but were not able to order food.

Your website clearly states your hours. If you don't want to operate your business during those hours then update it as so. And people can take their business elsewhere, without wasting their time and gas driving to your location assuming you're open when you're not.

I hate complaining, and I'm happy I was able to get my food, but really...

Never again will I give this BK my business!! 😡 My friend who came to visit from out of town was craving a late night burger and so we decided to dine here. First of all the man who took our order never told us which window he would meet us at. Mind you, there are three windows. But he was at the second window. He had no customer service skills whatsoever, just very rude. I had asked for fresh off the grill burgers so after he gave us our soft drinks he says, "wait at the third window." His rudeness made me forget to ask for ketchup salt and pepper. So when he brought our food to the third window I asked asked him if you would please give us some ketchup salt and pepper. He frowned his lips and face as if he was ready to beat someone up. I was very humiliated and fearful and angry I'll at the same time so I just grabbed my bag and said to him, quote never mind." Unfortunately this place appears to be under new ownership and the first thing you will notice coming in is that the coke machine twitch touch screen with all the flavors of coke products is gone. Replaced with the most limiting and not so popular flavors and no Coke Zeeo product is a negative change in my book. When my wife and I came into the restaurant we were not greeted at all, instead we were witnessing the manager disciplining an employee and turning his back to us. The manager and other staff ignored us and after 3 Minutes of this nonsense we decided to leave.
