The employee who helped me came into view after two minutes of me waiting at the counter. I noticed the menu had a list of what I assumed were rolled ice cream flavors with only, “Small” and “Large” highlighted above them. As I stood in front of the register I asked, “is the small and large sizes on the menu for the rolled ice cream?” She said, “we don’t do rolled ice cream anymore.” I went over to the flavors to get a second look at which ones I wanted and I said, “ok, I’d like to do a small order of the Oreo and Chocolate ice cream please.” She remained at the register and said, “You have to choose toppings first.” Ok no big deal. So I told her, “no I’m good thanks.” Then she said, “you have to pay first then get your ice cream.” So I walked to the register. She then said, “You have to let me know if you want toppings.” I said, “no thanks,” when she asked me again. I watched her ring up my order on the iPad that was laying flat on the counter in front of me. And just like at any other cash register, once I saw the blinking card light, I brought out my card. To pay. She said, “you need to slow down.” I guessed maybe she hadn’t fully rang up my order yet. Then she said “sign the iPad and then if it doesn’t let you sign, just press the submit button.” I did so. Then she proceeded to start my order. She stopped my order mid-scoop and went over to customers who just walked in. Then she came back over to me, finished my batch of ice cream and told me if I want spoons they’re over at the register and, if I don’t see any, to let her know. Then she didn’t say anything after that and I asked, “am I good to go?” She said “have a...

Sweet Stop does not disappoint. The most delightful surprise at Sweet Stop is their homemade ice cream. If you haven't tried their dragonfruit ice cream yet, you are missing out on something truly special. The vibrant color and naturally sweet, slightly tangy flavor make it a standout option. Each scoop is creamy, rich, and bursting with real fruit goodness. Their other flavors are just as impressive, showcasing the shop's dedication to quality and taste. Unlike mass-produced ice creams, Sweet Stop’s homemade varieties have a fresh and authentic taste.

One of the highlights of our visit was meeting the new owner, who was incredibly kind and helpful. Navigating a menu filled with so many delicious choices can be overwhelming, but the owner took the time to explain different options and even made recommendations based on our preferences. Their genuine hospitality and passion for their craft made our experience all the more enjoyable. It is rare to find such personal and attentive service, and it is one of the many reasons why Sweet Stop stands out from the rest.

Sweet Stop is a one-of-a-kind shop in the Fox Valley Area that truly delivers on every level. From their top-tier boba tea to their indulgent homemade ice cream, everything they offer is made with care and passion. The welcoming atmosphere, excellent service, and unbeatable prices make it a must-visit destination. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by Sweet Stop—you...

We went to visit Sweet Stop on a rainy afternoon. The sign on the store said that we can just stay in the car, and they will come and take our order. The very nice assistant came and try to take our order at least three times before we finally made the decision. He was very professional and very courteous, patiently explaining to us the different kinds of drinks. All the drinks we ordered were extremely tasty. I especially liked the lychee flavored drink that I ordered. That was probably the best lychee drink that I had in western suburbs. When someone came out to ask about our satisfaction, I had a chance to chat with her. She shared with me that the owner did put in a lot of thought into improving the menu and their product. For example, she insists on using the top quality fresh fruits for the drinks. Even though it takes A lot more effort, the owner would choose to cook the tapioca on a daily basis as a way to ensure the quality of the drinks. I also tried the folded ice cream that my children ordered. They came with different toppings and were very flavorful as well. We thought the “turtle” one was the best. You can order it without nuts, which we did. The only bad thing that I have to complain is the fact that this shop is too far from my house and I cannot...

i came in here with my boyfriend last week - i’d only had boba once or twice before and never really got the hype but this time - omg! i ordered a strawberry milk tea with kiwi boba, but they happened to be out of kiwi boba. the person behind the counter said they could make it the opposite way so that’s what they did - kiwi milk tea with strawberry popping boba. that was one of the most amazing drinks i’ve ever had. so refreshing and yummy and full of flavor! my boyfriend kept stealing sips even though he got his own 😂 i came back the next day and got it again! thank you guys, you’ve earned yourself a new regular!!💜
