Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Geneva Township

I really love the Chicken Wings in this spot! Their food here was very delicious and freshly cooked. Their wings here are unique, tasty, and fresh, and the quality is exceptional! We really had a great experience at this place. Their menu is full of amazing offers and all of it is mouth-watering. The chicken wings will literally melt in your mouth, they also offer boneless wings, and all of it is worth trying! You can also order and add some onion rings or fries for the side. I also recommend asking the staff to include some dip on your order. They have the best chicken wings I have ever had. This place is perfect for special events such as birthdays, gatherings, meetings, dates, and others. The customer service is consistently great and awesome. All of their staff here is working so fast, they serve the food on time, and also they always got the right orders. They were so personable and professional. They all know how to treat their customers right. This place is always busy but their staff can still manage the whole place clean, nice, and comfy. The interior is well-decorated and organized, and the ambiance is fantastic. All of their customers found the place very relaxing and enjoyable. No wonder why a lot of them keep visiting this place over and over again. They also have outdoor tables and chairs. This place is now my favorite spot here in this area of Geneva. I would really love to go back again and explore their menu. Buffalo Wild Wings is everything! They are the best! Will surely recommend their place to all of my friends and family. Kudos to all of their employees! Wonderful...

So... There I was... driving around on a Bright & Sunny Friday Afternoon... when suddenly... IT CAME ACROSS THE RADIO... I did not know this... but they said today was... * NATIONAL CHICKEN WINGS DAY... JULY 29th... That news was so exciting to me... that at the stop light... I thought I saw a chicken cross the road twice? Why did he do that???? BECAUSE HE WAS A DOUBLE-CROSSER.................. (why aren't you laughing?... OK... OK... I will show myself out after this review.) But as I continued, I saw a sign that meant the BEST... IN QUALITY FOR CHICKEN... just up ahead... turn right... AND SO... I DID... There was a very lovely waitress at the customer greeting booth who showed me to my table... And then I placed my order and WOW... Another Lovely Waitress was suddenly there before I knew it... She suggested I try their New House Beer... *Wild Herd Kölsch... And it hit the spot because now I was bobbing my head to the REALLY COOL MUSIC playing overhead... And suddenly... the lovely waitress placed 3 trays of food in front of me... EXCELLENT... The Mango Habanero is easily the wildest flavor here... You have to be prepared for a HOT-HEAT RUSH OF FLAVOR with this... Combined with a ZESTY BLUE-CHEESE DIP that cooled the heat of flavor for an explosion of dining pleasure...  I also got the CRISPY-SOFT & FLAVORFUL POTATO WEDGES... And a HEALTHY SERVING OF CARROTS & CELERY STICKS  that completed my meal... And they have much more than wings here to enjoy... If you are looking for a Great Place to start a Weekend off right... why don't you too... give them a try... YOU WILL BE...

Went for the 70¢ wings which were good; but the server left a lot to be desired.

He was pleasant, but not at all attentive. He brought our order out but no plates. So, we looked for him to try to get plates to eat off of, but he was nowhere to be found.

We did get one "how's everything?" visit, when happened while I had a mouthful of chicken wing. By the time that I could swallow, he then strolled away.... I waved my hand calling "Sir!!" to try to get his attention but though he was only 10' away; he never looked back in our direction. He made one more pass by and I tried to get his attention, but he was looking straight ahead and we did not see him again until he brought the check - not even any refills on our water glasses.

The wings were not exactly bite-sized, so we simply wanted 2 plates to be able to cut them on.

When it came time to pay, he took my friend's credit card but did not return for a much longer period of time than we are accustomed to. In between, he walked past us with a female server helping her carry drinks to someone's table; he finally brought the card back.

Sorry, the food was good, but we will think twice before going back there. As a server, his eyes should have been scanning his tables whenever he was in the dining area.

It was just two plates that we wanted; fortunately, it was not a problem...
