My Husband and I came in to review the Nespresso machines. The SA, Jan instantly came up to us and asked us if we needed any help. She was extremely knowledgeable about the systems. Honestly, she SOLD us this machine. Told us the details, how neat the nespresso coffee cups indicate how big the cup will be, and even stood with us to review some of the other nespresso models available to see if those would fit our needs as well. We did not come in with intent to purchase Cups but she went and grabbed some cups to show us a demonstration of how the coffee system works. (We ended up purchasing the clear coffee mugs with the Nespresso system as well). You would think they work off of Commission base because of how friendly she was and her willingness to help but no she/they don't. We then went to check out and had a lovely experience with the ladies at the front & manager of the store. Overall, such a great experience and we will be returning in a week to purchase more. I’m in the middle of a renovation and decided to go to here for some inspo and to make a purchase on small kitchen appliances and /or lighting.The floor is spacious and full of furniture displays as well as other household items. It’s a joy to roam. I did buy a toaster oven however, the midday staff was too overbearing for me . I stated I was in the middle of a renovation and they still persisted to talk about the offers and availability on furniture that I’m clearly not ready to purchase . Let your customers breath and get comfortable instead of constantly bothering us with a new a associate every five minutes . In the end I bought a toaster oven so my cabinet can be built accordingly. My two friends and I were walking around the commons and browsing the stores. We walked into crate & barrel because we are redoing our bedrooms. We walked around and looked at the products minding our own business. We went upstairs and walked to the far corner of the room and sat on the couch. We maybe sat there for 10 mins waiting for my mom, checking texts and talking quietly. Then a woman approached us and said in a very condescending tone "we are going to have to ask you to leave this is NOT a place to hang out". We nodded and left without another word. I thought she was very rude to us because the store was totally empty and we were VERY quiet. If someone was looking at that particular couch, of course we would move but no one was even on the second floor. Not going...
