Dimple's Donuts — Restaurant in St. Charles

I entered the store with my 2 children and I was Promptly asked to take a seat and wait. There is a group of 3 other customers sitting at the table also waiting. The customers told me that the worker was not there and should be returning. They Had already been waiting for 15-20 minutes. I figured she would have to be back soon so I walked up to their display to pick donuts with my 2 Kids. I was told to sit down I said "no I'm picking out my donuts with my kids." Then the woman bagged up my 3 donuts but could not check me out because I did not have cash I needed to use my card. She didn't know how to use the register. I waited at least another 10 minutes and then finally walked out. How do you run a business leaving an employee in the store who cannot make a latte or complete in order. I'm glad I did not wait longer after reading some of these reviews. I would have been really upset being charged 70 cents on my $4...

Hard to start up a donut shop in st charles with the competition from close by incumbent Bosa Donuts. The donuts aren't as good (I tried an old fashioned chocolate, a glazed french crueller, and the donut holes) possibly due to being baked offsite in batavia, although they are still hand made so theyll beat anything youll find at a dunkin donuts or walmart forsure. But where they lack in the donut competition, they make up for in ambiance and menu selection. Along with the donuts I also tried a San Francisco Roast Beef sandwich, which was awesome. And the coffee selections are along the lines of what you would find at a typical small cafe. I do have to say that the customer service by Alyssa was outstanding. She was on point the entire time i was here, and was taking care of customers nonstop. Definately a place worth making...

I have no idea how this place isn’t rated 5 stars across the board. I went in Nov 6 to buy 4 dozen donuts to take to work for National Donut Day (was on Sunday, Nov 5). They couldn’t have been nicer and the place was clean and very inviting. After getting the donuts, they helped me carry them to my car.

Then I got to work and put 12 in the office and 24 in the shop break area (saved 12 for the 2nd shift). I went to grab one around 11a and THEY WERE ALL GONE! Employees asked where I got them at and every one of them said they were the best donuts ever.

Luckily, I asked at the store that 1 be put in a bag for me. It was a chocolate covered donut with that yellow pudding inside. Was the best donut I ever had.
