Came back here to edit my review after frequenting this location multiple more times. Today I paid for a coffee and brought a reusable cup as I have done in the past. There is a manager (or owner) that refuses to pour the coffee into my mug saying its their policy to not allow that practice. Make this make sense. I offer to pay for a large when the mug holds a medium and you save the cost of your plastic cup? Its the opposite of customer friendly. I owned a food business, this practice is not against food safety rules, nor does it harm anyone. Some people need their own cup for health reasons. I don't drink out of plastic so I bring a travel mug. I guess you don't get to market your brand and that's all that matters? I am officially done with this location. Btw, your customer service skills still need a lot of work. Manager is so unfriendly and unresponsive. Prior review: The customer service at this location has really gone downhill over the last year. The nicest people used to work here. . . Now it's a bunch of mismanaged and lazy kids. Twice I have encountered teens behind the counter who simply walk away from you and won't address your issue. What entitlement. They should just stay home and play video games because they are definitely not able to communicate effectively or problem solve. I was given a medium coffee instead of a large, and was missing a coffee, and told the girl behind the counter. She actually said, "I wasn't the one who made it". Then simply walked away. I had to wait for someone else to come to the counter to assist. Then, when I got home, my donuts were wrong in my box. I should have checked them, next time I will. There were only six and yet, apparently attnetion to detail is also lacking. Don't get me started on the self serve kiosk. Ugh. If you want people to use a kiosk, while 7 workers are behind the counter just watching you as you struggle trying to find items, then at least make it easier by putting the breakfast sandwiches under breakfast sandwiches, not snacks. As the manager stood there talking to a friend as I struggled to find items, I should have just left. Honestly not worth it for heated ultra processed food anyway. One way to lose your longtime customers,...
Read moreWhen this location opened I was so excited since it's closer to my home than the one I usually visit. The first month or so it was great! But then the selection started to dwindle and there would be barely any doughnuts left. It didn't matter what time or day, they are always so low on them that If my hubby goes to get us breakfast I have to list 1st 2nd & 3rd choices because they probably won't have what I like. If they actually have doughnuts in, most of the time they are stale.... even before 12pm!! A few days ago I wanted to suprise my husband with coffee and his fav breakfast in bed... So I went got my order (I even told the lady what my plan was) when I got home and woke up my hubby with breakfast the order was entirely WRONG! Sooooo I drove back, while waiting for my remake a gentleman walks in and orders 3 doughnuts, pays, turns around to leave then turns and asks the lady if he can exchange one doughnut for a different kind, the lady grabs his choice, puts it in a bag and hands it to him. He goes to give her the money & the other doughnut and she says with a smile "don't worry about it, just take it, no big deal". So I'm thinking that was nice of her. When my remake was ready a guy handed it to me without any sort of apology from ANYONE! That really pissed me off, because I'm there all the time and I told the lady who took & made my order that I'm surprising my husband, they screw it up so I have to come back and then don't appologize and then give free doughnuts to the guy who simply changed his mind and NOT the person whos order got completely screwed up! I get that doughnuts are only like 60¢-ish each but it's the point. Not too sure if I'll be...
Read moreThis is by far the worst location. I keep trying to give it second chances but don't think I can any more. I have had trouble with them being there in the morning before 5am (they are opened 24 hours). on Columbus Day 2016 no one is there at 4:50 (same time I always am there). Once there was a hand written note saying they had a emergency and would be back at 5 am. A couple of times I have asked for a cold brew, what I got was some water with a little coffee color. It was sooo weak I couldn't drink!
Now for the last 2-3 weeks I have to wait at least 5 minutes or more for my coffee. The girl (new at the time, not anymore though) as me if I wanted ice in my Cold Brew. A couple days later she didn't put ice in it (I pretty much order Cold Brew and sometimes a muffin). Nine time out of 10 I have to go to the window to place my order and 1/2 the time there is no one there and she is so slow (it has been the same girl everyday for 2 weeks). Last time I went in Friday 12/23/2016 I ordered a cold brew and a pumpkin muffin. The muffin was not pumpkin. It was no coffee cake and it was not blueberry. It was almost like it was suppose to have blueberries it it. It was gawd awful I couldn't eat it. I had to wait 8 minutes because she had to take my oreder at the window. So today I go and the lights are all off. I pull around and there is a guy standing out side his pick up truck smoking and on the left at the front door is an employee I recognize, smoking.
I'm calling corporate today and unless I get a really good restitution I will not go back to...
