Placed an order for pickup around 6 pm, order said to pick up at 7 pm. Arrived at 7, was told it would be 15-20 minutes which is fine. Had 4 people in front of me standing by the pick up. Restaurant itself not very busy, maybe had 15 tables. Waited 30 minutes, everyone in front of me received their orders. I inquired again about the wait as there was a lot more people waiting in line now (about 10 more people). Was told it would be another 15 minutes probably. Everyone in line was talking about their pick up time and all of them were supposed to be for 7:15 or later. After another 30 minutes, so 1 hour total, I was talking with a door dasher who had been waiting almost as long, and because we were talking about the wait a cashier literally yelled at us saying âI had 3,000 wing orders come thru for pick up, my kitchen canât keep up you guys need to chill and be more patient!â Mind you we werenât loud with our convo or even talking poorly, just discussing the wait time and the fact the dasher isnât getting paid hourly so it sucks waiting this long. I waited another 10 minutes and again inquired about my order since Iâve been there over an hour now, and a different (much nicer cashier) checked on the order and said I was number 15 in line (which blows my mind considering how long I had been there and the fact everyone elseâs pick up time was supposed to be after mine), and it would likely be another 45 minutes. At this point thereâs only 3 tables in the restaurant, all of which arrived after I had been there and all had food (I get dine in probably takes priority). At this point thereâs about 20 people waiting for food. So I asked for a refund. We will see if that happens, she said itâll take 24 hours before they can look into it and access it. Just an absolute joke. I get there was an influx of orders, and I get that they were overwhelmed, but yelling at the customer and lying about wait times multiple times is absurd. If itâs going to take 3 hours for some wings then say that. Management nor the employees apologized to anyone for their wait. In fact, saw what looked to be management standing in a corner by the bar, saw another big guy hiding in another corner by the pick up cashier spot. Multiple employees wandering in the restaurant and on their phones and going outside, including what looked to be a kitchen cook. Worst experience Iâve ever had at a...
Read moreIf I could leave a 0-star review, I would. I went there with family on a Saturday night at 5:30 pm. We were NOT greeted promptly, there were dirty tables everywhere that had not been cleaned, and we were finally seated nearly 15 minutes later, our server said she would be right with us in a little bit. After nearly 20 minutes later, she took our order. She stated, "what you want to drink?" Nothing near the normal questions and tone that a serve should have. After ordering 1 beer, 1 captain and diet, and 2 mountain dews, there was a 57-minute wait (I know this because I was shown the seating time by the manager on duty when I went to the front counter to complain and say that I wanted to cancel the order right as the food was being delivered) just to get a refill and our food from our server. About halfway into our terrible dining experience, I personally refilled the mountain dews at the server station near our table).
I should have speculated something was up when other customers near our table were walking around to newly sat tables explaining why they should leave due to the wait and poor service. We watched as other customers who were waiting to be sat, and other customers who were waiting for their drinks or food all left due to the horrendous service.
Needless to say, the manager did her best to try to resolve the issue, but there was no way of fixing this cluster of poor service. The manager did comp our bill slightly, but we still had to pay. To make matters worse, our server decided to walk to the front counter to ask me (while I was having a conversation with the manager, which was interrupted by another upset customer due to a messed up mobile order) if I wanted a refill. I was in shock so much that I turned to the manager and said I can't believe that this is what it took just for a server to ask if I wanted more to drink.
I will NEVER return to this establishment in MY LIFE!!! It was the worst service that I have ever had in any style, type, or kind of restaurant! It was merely a disgrace. I will highly recommend to everyone that I know to STAY FAR AWAY from this restaurant as it was not an experience that I would ever want anyone to have EVER! I wish the establishment the best in the future as I am sure that it will GO OUT OF BUSINESS by providing this service. I will...
Read morePretty decent 2 for $20 deal selected twice within the last month when taking my nephew to eat some protein. Trenton enjoyed their âBlazing Knockoutâ flavor the first time for boneless wings, but he picked the mango habanero flavor when opting to upgrade his boneless meal into boned wings for $5. This place can be a cheap option for feeding two mouths since the 2 for 20 includes a fountain drink. Affordable idea unless your date upgrades the entree for +$3, or picks the strawberry lemonade for an extra buck. Then the bill might climb, but there is an electronic screen tablet device to pay the bill at your convenance right at the table, giving the payee plenty of time for calculating the percentage to tip when ya leave the waitress if she has done a good job. The st cloud establishment was incapable of putting on Netflixâs boxing match on any of the TVâs after my cousin and i seated ourselves inside at a table to watch the main event together. The Stihl Wolf we relocated ourselves to for watching the main event and lose the bitcoin that I placed on the Canelo vs. Crawford championship fight on September 13th, 2025.
Dana White promoted the very popular Netflix fight card, it was unusual a sports bar known to capture its customer base off by being a family friendly reliable place to not miss out on paper-view fights. I think back in the day i had to pay like $10 for my cover charge to watch UFC at bdubs. I remember losing ten bucks of bitcoin online on Bovada when OSP got handled by Jon Jones, back then (2016) this was a well known spot to catch a paper-view fight, Netflix account was all that was required for viewing the Canelo vs. Crawford fight.
Buffalo Wild Wings is a silly sports bar to bring a cousin to if the most watched boxing match in the century wasnât able to be put on a single tv they had, at my request. My waitress had to watch us walk out the door, on crutches. We didnât want to miss the match, we drove to bdubs for it. I let her know we would need to leave if she couldnât put on the Crawford vs. Canelo. The fight trended worldwide on X, hitting #1 in the U.S. Over 41 million viewers tuned into the fight on Netflix. This figure makes it the most-watched boxing match of the...
