Burger King — Restaurant in St. Cloud

So I came in this morning in the drive through ordering a sausage eggnormous burrito meal with a medium vanilla ice coffee. I had to state the size twice to three times for the ice coffee and I felt that the order taker was very rude and wasn't at all paying attention to what I was telling her for my order. When I got up there to pay it seemed to take the lady forever to get to the window in order for me to pay. Plus the eggnormous burrito was not sausage as I stated I wanted it be but was bacon. I don't mind bacon but I prefer sausage and I felt that she was not at all caring. I didn't want to go back and complain that the food wasn't correct because of the whole sausage/bacon thing cause I am not that type of person to throw a fit about a possible mistake on the workers part. My advice is that there needs to be more staff in the morning in order to make sure orders are correctly taken and that the workers can focus on taking the orders and not have to do 20 other things on top of that. I feel like it should be managers priority to make sure they schedule enough people to be on the floor at all times so things like this slip up doesn't happen. I have worked in fast food for 7+ years and know that everyone has to pull their weight at work but also it is managements problem if food isn't taken accurately when orders are taken. Some training may need to be involved and that if there isn't enough staff it's the store managers job to cover the floor themselves too in order to keep the floor...

Buckle up for this wild ride!! This restaurant has definitely seen better days. I wasn’t expecting much, but this restaurant was pure chaos nonetheless. The young man mopping in the lobby ruined my entire experience. Upon entrance you’re greeted by a grumpy team member who’s not having it. I had walked in and turned the corner to toss something in the trash. Didn’t realise he didn’t want anyone on that side. Immediately, I was getting screamed at. He was screaming bloody murder over me setting foot on his terribly-mopped area. He’s got a temper hotter than that grill you cook those tough-as-leather patties on. I got stank eyes throughout my dining experience. It was the most awful experience I’ve had. I’m extremely disappointed— more than I was for choosing eating at Burger King to begin with. The chicken fries I ordered were chewy and seemed as if they were reheated in a microwave. I would NOT recommend the place. It wasn’t very clean, it seemed nasty. The young female was whacking hats off of other male employees heads. Very unprofessional. I don’t want to see employees flirting with one another while I am trying to eat my lukewarm chicken fries. Completely unsanitary. Could have at least washed hands after that. Just when I thought the stores in Wisconsin were bad!! This has been one of the worst experiences I have had yet. Don’t take your children here, they’ll more than likely get chewed out by the young lad mopping. I will never visit there again so long as that man...

Service and value is worth it for convient and cheap meal. There's nothing to special here just a consistent value for your money the area is a parking lot nothing fancy kind of in the middle of St cloud. Savers harbor freight provide low cost goods. Many homeless travel through this part of town. This part of town is interesting at times to say the least. I've helped a homeless guy roasting in the sun this summer. The nice people of Arbys gave me an extra slider for the guy. He was past out and burnt like a lobster down in the ditch delerious and admitted he needed the tray of waters. Anyways they don't go hungry in this area. Genourous people help by giving sandwiches and Chinese food you name it plenty of food restraunts in the area. The homeless I've spoken with generally are good folks with a bad situation that's happened to them unfortunately turning in to drinking problems and other addictions. Savers employs many people near Burger King and has 50% off on Monday I think next week for vetrans. There a lot of good that this store seems to do. I bought a couple items here one was an umbrella which came in handy for the rain. Only $3.99...
