Needed to replace my phone, and since my last experience at this store was great, I came back. I was happily surprised to be greeted by the same associate opening the door for me, (as they have the doors locked) and assisting me with my purchase. Alexander, I have to say, has just about the best customer service skills you could ask for, as well as being expertly knowledgeable about the products they carry and absolutely proficient with the sale and set up process for my new phone. So thank you again Alex. Professionalism at its max well describes you.
The store is very nice and comfortable, plenty of room and more phones available in store than tmobile online. Add ons like screen protectors and cases are available. Prices are posted and associates are happy to let you browse and help as needed.
T-mobile, I did notice two things while I was in there that could improve the experience. 1, associates, watch the shop talk. Customers don't need to hear associates discussing their workplace issues. 2, customers don't realize when associates are receiving an incoming phone call, so it's a bit uncomfortable when you think you have the associates' attention and you're talking to them, and then you hear them talking to someone else in their ear when you thought they were listening to you. I know they need to manage incoming calls but figure out a better way to let customers know this is happening.
Overall, a great experience. I wish others would take a hint from this place. I get so tired of stores and people with a lack of courtesy and customer service... I returned to this store because of my previous experience, and happily experienced the same again. Because of that, I will return. Where I am not treated with courtesy and professionalism, they won't see me or my money again.
Keep it up T-mobile,...
Read moreJan 2025: Updated review: This is specifically about the 5G home internet and my eventually awful services, and the dishonesty of their phone representatives - not particularly about the staff at this store, although they got me started with T-Mobile internet.
"After putting up with the spinning circle on video and after Spectrum offered me a 2 year $30/month no contract plan I called T-Mobile to end services. The CS rep's supervisor eventually offered to match that price, but after the next month they still took $50! I call back again, and they confirmed my discussion with the first person, then said they would honor it, AND send me a $200 card as a gift. Again, no card arrived, and they again took $50 for the next month. The last time I called I talked a corporate person who essentially told me I was given "incorrect" information - I said you mean they just "lied to me?" You cannot believe anything that they tell you, and they don't care. Any other provider would be better both for the speed, and especially if you EVER want to get help or discuss your bill or the services. They are simply liars. Stay away from this service no matter what they promise, and if you DO use them never let them take auto payment out of your bank account!
Original Review: The Staff there was very friendly and helpful. They gave me some information about internet access at $50 a month including tax. $35 install fee refundable within 14 days if you're not...
Read moreI had a 2-month dispute with T-Mobile regarding a refund due. I finally resolved it today, but I found all T-mobile "customer service" personel to be completely useless in addressing the issue, and they frequently gave me incorrect information about it, e.g., confusing a "bank account" with a "credit card" account. In general, their phone lines seem to be staffed by people with poor English skills and limited training. This is no count against the people working these jobs, but a count against T-mobile's inadequate customer service training. I spoke to a manager in person at this store, who was completely useless, and told me to just call that same useless phone # again for customer service. Apparently his time and status is much more important than mine, and it is more important that he keep me annoyed than for him to take the trouble of contacing higher-up persons who could refund my money, and figure out how they can get back the funds they sent to the wrong institution.
I can see from other reviews that they use the same form reply to all bad reviews, so I'll save them the trouble: "Hi Scott! It's disappointing to learn that we did not live up to our high standards for customer service. We are always improving and hope you'll give us another chance to provide better service in the future."
Well, not bloody likely. I've learned my lesson. Never deal with these...
