Old Navy — Local services in St. Cloud

I was very disappointed with my shopping experience today. From the moment I walked through the door I was totally ignored! Plus I was the only customer in the store for the 1st twenty five minutes I was there! I believe there were at least 4 gals there "working". It seemed as if I was invisible. They'd be right next to me at times & not one acknowledgment, as the pile of clothing on my arm just kept getting larger & heavier. When I was checking out, the cashier was so rude. She continued to look down at whatever she was pretending to do, as she said, "I'll take you in the middle." Those 6 almost 7 words were the only ones spoken to me the whole 45 minutes I was there. No "thank you" or "have a nice day". The worst service ever. Not at all impressed. Would of been just 1 star but I gave it 2 because they did some good...

Wowza… nothing for little girls anymore. Used to be my favorite place to shop for my nieces and nephews… but literally everything was “gender neutral” when I shopped there this week for my nieces birthday. She specifically asked for a new dress and they don’t even list that as a category anymore. Went to the store in person hoping to find more, but super lame clothes in store too. Like maybe 3 dresses total to pick from and the rest all drabby tshirts and such because those can be considered “gender neutral”. That’s fine and great if some clothes can be labeled that way, but why can’t there also be “feminine” clothing? Some girls want to dress like a girl, okay. I had a great shopping day! It was my first shopping experience since this whole craziness of Covid-19. Everyone was very welcoming into the store as I have always known Old Navy to be. They appear to not be at full inventory yet and were working hard to put things out on the floor. I found some amazing little gems that made me feel extra special for qn upcoming trip so thats always a +. I even found some amazing things for my kiddos! I only docked off a star because the girl who checked me out wasn't the friendliest maybe even slightly in a bad mood and just not what I want when I'm out for some good ol' retail therapy! Can't wait to go back and see the season styles...
