This domino's location has a terrible reputation. They used to supply all the pizza for saint cloud state university, and that pizza was always bad. They have thankfully now lost their contract with the University. There are two other Dominoes locations in this town that are pretty good and i've never been disappointed by. In general i'm a big fan of Domino's, It's probably my favorite chain. But this location is horrible. I ordered three pizzas from here for pick up. One of them I ordered extra cheese on. The pizza was some of the worst i've ever had, and that includes Frozen pizza. I'm not even sure if I'd say it tastes better than the pizza Garvey (SCSUs dining Hall) gives out. The pizza I received had literally no sauce. It was just cheese melted onto the dough. The garlic seasoning they add to the crust to make it taste good Was almost nonexistent. On the pizzas that I did not order extra cheese for, There was barely any cheese to speak of, Just a sprinkle of it on top of the cooked dough. The only pizza that had cheese was the one I ordered extra for, And then it was no more than the expected normal amount of cheese. This location appears to skimp on everything, Creating a much worse product. All in all I am extremely disappointed. I wish I could get my money back. There's a much better pizza place literally next door with Topper's pizza. Down the street there's Pizza hut. If you want cheap pizza, There's True's pizza which sells 6 dollar pizza that tastes much better than this. If you're willing to drive a little ways down division street, there's Costco, where you can grab a massive pizza that tastes better and is a better price even without a membership. Read moreMy room mate had ordered a pizza a few weeks ago that took two and a half hours to deliver. I went into my second most recent pizza order knowing it would be bad. I wasn't even hungry at the time, and put in an order for past and a sandwich, and still waited nearly two and a half hours. I tracked my order to "quality check" at the hour and a half mark, pre-heated the oven, made some chicken strips, and my order still wasn't at my door. Domino's did not hesitate to email a coupon for a free pizza. Better yet, I signed up for the rewards program and got another free pizza coupon. At this point, I was not disappointed. Domino's met all my expectations.
I used my coupons for my two pizzas a week later. Took another hour and a half before I decided to go to Pesty's, order and eat a pizza and two beers, pay, and still make it home just slightly after receiving my two free pizzas on my door step. My Domino's pizzas were not only oblong, but looked like the pieces had been rearranged to not fit. As a bonus I made a Jack's pizza that I ultimately dropped in my oven but still was not only cheaper (as I still had to pay for delivery) but also had better cut pieces.
If I could give less than a zero, I would. Similarly, the adventure was fun. My bar going in was set low and you did not disappoint. You presented me with something that consists of pizza components. For those that want a pizza, start at your local grocery store, with the cheapest pizza you can find. Beyond that, order from literally anywhere else.

Read moreI used to love this location but lately it has been awful. Other than Cher the other evening staff are awful. They cancel orders and don’t call or anything. I’ve called and tried to figure out what happened and just get completely brushed off. Tonight I tried ordering around 6pm and my order got canceled. I called to see what happened and was told they were backed up and that is why my order was canceled. They said to try again in like two hours. Me really craving dominos waited a little over two hours to try and order again and my order was canceled (without them calling even though that is their procedure) again. When I tried to call to see if ordering at all would be possible tonight and if not how I was going to get my reward points refunded as my account thinks I used them for the bread bites that I ultimately did not receive. I waited for over fifteen minutes and did not get ahold of anyone. I normally try to be patient and understand that there may be more than meets the eye, but after these last few interactions the past few weeks this is absolutely ridiculous. Cher is the ONLY manager that when I have ordered who has actually helped me dispite the hiccups on their end. She is the only one who seems like they are actually trying.
