Fudgin' Delicious Ice Cream @ Crossroads Mall — Restaurant in St. Cloud

Went to the one at the crossroads mall this 4th of July and have to say the ice cream is amazing!!! I would have easily given it a 5 star had it not been for the customer service. They have many different flavors and I thought I'd buy my gf and I some ice cream. I tried two sample flavors and my gf had two as well but buyer beware there is a limit to what you try as he gave me attitude as if I was a child trying to get free samples just for asking to try one more before my final decision for the both of us. I ignored his rudeness purchased my 4 scoops of ice cream. I would say there ice cream is just as good as cold stone creamery but cold stone is served with all smiles and no attitude. It unfortunate. Took my kids to try New location in Sartell,MN food is subpar at best. The burger was juicy but not cooked well. Packing for combos needs to be fixed... Fries were good and drinks were OK but need drink holders as this is a drive though establishment. The shakes were Not great I get a better shakes going to Burger King. We spent $65.00 for 3 combos and 3 shakes which is over priced food. My money will go to another place as food and ice cream is over priced... Five Guys much better burger, fries and shake!!!

Reply to Owner: Need drink holders for a family of 3 with 6 liquids ordered. Suggestion for containers for combos as burger buns were very soggy probably do to being cramed in with fries. Maybe wrap burger in foil so fries grease doesn't make...

My husband ordered a kids meal & a burger meal for himself & my son. He didn’t get the fries that we’re supposed to come with the meal. I went up to ask about them bringing the burger to show. The line was long (not their fault as there were only 2 people working)The burger was getting cold because of it though. Finally it was my turn and I said my husband didn’t get the fries that were supposed to come with the meal. (we never even got a receipt) She checked the receipt and said it was a “meal” he ordered not a “combo” so apparently the “meal” only is the burger. Very confusing. She then refused to give us the fries unless we paid for the “combo”

After looking, just the burger from this fast food place was over $9!
