Horrible, slow service at 6pm on a Saturday. Took them 3 tries to just ring up an order that was just a simple large 10 piece nugget meal, with a coke no ice, with bbq dipping sauce. When I got to the 2nd window the pop was wrong the size (medium instead of large) and it had ice in it. So, they parked us because they had to correct our pop (???). Apparently pouring two pops was going to slow down their slow service. So, when they brought our food out (13 minutes later, I purposely checked the time), they still didn't have the pop. Got home and the large fry container was only half full, the fries didn't even make it to the opening on the fry container and they were cold. Also, they forgot the BBQ dipping sauce. Pathetic, poor service.. and they had no excuse, they had plenty of time to make the order correct. This is becoming a trend at this location. I live nearby and frequently have very long waits, incorrect orders and missing items. This time I finally have had enough, I probably will not return. It's not worth the wait when at least 80% of the time the order is poorly done, missing items or wrong entirely or even all of the above. I get it, it happens but at this location there is an issue more often than not, it's now become a major problem that appears to not be temporary but how it's always gonna be. My suggestion to other customers; go any where else BUT this location. There is a Wendy's across the road, they will get your order right at least or the Subway across the parking lot, they have great customer service and they can get actually get your order done properly.
P.S. I wont even get into the worker's attitudes and cleanliness of the inside of the Hwy 10 McDonald's location. It's too bad too because I used to really like McDonalds and now I avoid it because I figure it's gonna be a huge disappointment time and time again. p.s.s. Believe it or not, I dont want anything free, what I want is to have someone get my order right and not give me attitude like I am a hassle for them to actually be asked to do the job they are paid to do and probably paid way too much for what they...

I ordered an Angus sandwich, one of the McWraps and a H&S McChicken. I wanted Mac sauce on my Angus sandwich and a Chick/Bac Wrap. When I got my order about ten minutes later, the meal ticket for my angus sandwich was on the box, but not the sauce. I looked at my sandwich and it was out of its wrapper. Seriously, the chefs couldn't take the extra ten seconds to put the wrapper on an Angus sandwich and trust me they need that on the sandwich it's so greasy.
After I finished it (hell I already paid for it) I sat there thinking what the hell because there is no reason that the request was put in the system correctly and the chefs on the other side basically just said &*@% it and ignored it.
Next I opened up my McWrap and guess what, it was an f-ing spicy chili BS McWrap that only appeals, I'm assuming, to the people who like Chinese food or something like that and it tasted nasty, again I ate it because I paid for it and had already left.
The only thing they got right was the McChicken, but that make up for the mistakes made that day. It was a terrible experience and I'm sad to say that I did go there three times and every time one of these mistakes came forth.
I will never, ever, E----------VER!! set foot in that jack*&@ kitchen again. There are too many screw ups and idiots running the back room. I had a McJob at a different location. These idiots make our location look 100x better because we actually take the time to do things correctly.
Do not patronize these idiots, just run away as fast as you f-ing can and never look back, there's another McD's ten minutes away go there. It's...
Read moreI just stopped at the drive-thru at 5:59 p.m. on 4/20. I don't go to McDonald's to get great food I don't expect five star service but I expect basic common courtesy. When I pulled up to the speaker I hear "what can I get ya" No welcome to McDonald's our specially tonight are or may I take your order. I knew what I wanted so I asked for my two small items and got a response of "is that all?" I said yes it is to which I heard "ok pull around". Normally I'm told thank you, told what my total is for cost, and asked to please pull forward. When I got to the window where I pay the window opens up and she says to me $3.57 so I search for the change to pay the .57 and she stands there looking impatient like I'm supposed to hurry up. I gave her $20.57, and she hands back out the window $17. She does not say here is your change 17 Thank you for visiting, go ahead to the next window, nothing like that Just hands it to me and shuts the window. when I go to McDonald's I expect to at least be treated kindly, and for people to be courteous. I can say right now I will never go to that...
