Starbucks — Restaurant in St. Cloud

I waited more than 20 min outside the store for my Coffee order, 3 hot and a Frappuccino. My app order was ready and waiting for us on the counter when I got there but the worker stopped me from taking it because I didn't have a mask on. There were 0 customers in the store. The worker said he would bring it right out. Some time later another employee came out to verify the name on the order. Several customers patronizing the adjacent business commented on how long i was standing there. Some time later another customer went in, waited, picked up their order and came out. Upon exiting Starbucks she said that she thought my order was ready. She offered to go in and get it for me. So, after sitting there on the counter for half an hour our drinks were delivered by another customer. Bless her, great people do live in this world 🌎 just not ones that work in the St Cloud Starbucks on Division😡 Like warm coffee/lattes and a melting and separated frappe that cost a pretty penny, they should have made new ones. I alternated for years, moved to a strictly Starbucks routine, and convinced many a co worker to join the club! but only MN made Caribou company for me...

I was in a time crunch, so i went through the drive thru. Asked for no coffee in my drink. They put coffee in my drink and since the drive thru was busy and I had an appointment to get to, I went in. The barista started to remake my drink with coffee, but another barista caught her, the girl said she didn't know how to make it with no coffee. Not sure why this wasnt learned in training or why the girl didnt ask. So I waited for my drink at the counter, I watched the barista remake for the second time, but when it was done, instead of handing to me, she went and just set it on the other counter. And I was waiting again to get the attention of the counter person, to ask if I could have my drink. Eventually one of the baristas noticed it and realized it was my drink, she was very nice and politely apologized. I was a little frustrated and was late for my appointment. I come here way to much! The line is always extremely long but that’s a good thing! The employees are always nice and always give me compliments on my dog lol! (He has one blue eye and one brown so he is very distinctive). BTW he thanks you for all the pup cups😂. I went in today to get myself a coffee using a coupon that a lot of baristas couldn’t figure out before. The barista that helped me today knew exactly what to do and I was able to get my discounted drink! He then also offered me a free tub of coffee because it was sitting out for someone that ordered it but hadn’t picked up it yet. Instead of just throwing it out he offered it to someone!
