My service was bad from the moment I stepped up to the counter. ordered a 6 inch white ham sub with double meat. I got extremely hard bread taken out and plopped on top of the counter that was absolutely filthy it was cut but not in half, it was about a 3 inch sub. I didn’t say anything thinking she would correct the mistake. went down to put my meat on there did not receive double ham that I paid for got to the vegetables and that was an absolute disaster everything I asked for was given to me but not in the way that I had asked for it most of my onions and pickles and lettuce were on the paper not the sandwich when I asked for sauce asked for a very small amount of mayo and a very small amount of Baja and there was so much put on my sandwich that I had asked her finally did you hear me when I said a very small amount of the Baja she then proceeded to take a knife and spread it all over the sandwich and told me that she got most of it off as she folded up my sandwich all the bread was crumbling as though it were toasted even though it was not I ended up literally paying for my sub and threw it away extremely disappointed in the service...

Employees are inept, ignorant on their job, inattentive, and care more about hitting on customers and flirting with customers then finishing the sub sandwich in front of them. They butchered our order, we asked them to remake it, they attempted to use dirty utensils in front of us. Watching them cut our sandwiches with dirty utensils we refused the sandwiches and they had the audacity to get belligerent with us. They didn’t have a name tag so we asked for their names to talk to their managers or Subway corporate and they refused to give them to us. They refused to give us the name and or phone number of a manager. It was all a poor experience and we left without our sandwiches. Don’t go back to the subway. The subway on West division in Saint cloud is a terrible black spot on the subway franchise and a complete embarrassment on how you treat customers and how you respect your job and...
Read moreFor the second time yesterday, I got to this Subway after the store should have been open. It says the store opens at 10 o’clock. The first time I went and this happened, I waited for about 15 minutes, and was able to see there were two women inside, talking away, but not opening the store. Yesterday (11-14) I went at 10:50 AM, 50 minutes after it says it opened up, and once again the door was locked, but the lights were on inside. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will not return to that store. I talked with a clerk at the dollar tree store after I left there, and she said she had gone in there a few days prior around 1 o’clock. There was a sign that says they wouldn’t be back until 2 o’clock. Either be open when you say you’re going to be, and take car of your customers or close it down. Going forward, I will give my service to Jimmy John’s, Jersey, Mike’s, or firehouse subs....
