The last year this place has gone downhill. It kind of makes me feel like their slogan "We got you." makes me the punchline of a joke, not the recipient of their food-service blessing.
Wendy's was always a reliable option for me in the past, but today I placed a mobile order for pickup in the drive-through. First, the drive-through person asked me to go inside. So I did. Then I walked up to the counter and it took me 5 minutes (there was no line) for someone to talk to me. (There was no fire and people saw me... I was just ignored in a "not my problem" sort of way.) Then they had to call 2 people over to figure out how to check in the order on the till. Finally, I waited half an hour to get my food... which I ordered online for pickup. By the time I got my food, the chili (which was served right away and left on the counter) was lukewarm. The burger, which I saw sitting in their serving tray the entire time, was room temp. The hot honey chicken sandwich was ok, if a little over deep-fried, at least it was hot?
The manager seemed like she was trying and there were several new people, so I'll check back in a few months and see if things have improved. This review will be updated accordingly.
Oh, the drive through screen hasn't been working correctly for over 4 months. Two door dash delivery drivers were waiting for orders right next to me the entire time... I feel sorry for those at home and office waiting on their food...

I walked into Wendyâs with high hopes and a simple order:
10 plain chicken nuggets (emphasis on plain)
Honey mustard
A hot meal within this decade
What I got instead was⌠well, a comedy of errors, except I wasnât laughing.
Act 1: I got home to discover my nuggets were spicy. Not just âoops, a little seasoningâ spicy â full-on âwhy are my lips tingling?â spicy. Also, instead of 10, I got 7 lonely nuggets rolling around in the box like survivors of a poultry apocalypse.
Act 2: I asked for honey mustard. I received BBQ. No shade to BBQ, but when youâre expecting honey mustard and you get BBQ, itâs like thinking youâre biting into a chocolate chip cookie and finding out itâs raisins.
Act 3: The temperature. If lukewarm is a crime, this meal is serving life without parole. There were about 8 employees behind the counter, and only me and one other person ordering, yet it still took 10 minutes to hand me a bag of room-temperature disappointment.
Bonus Feature: Everything I said to the staff member was repeated back wrong. When I corrected her, she said, âYeah, thatâs what I said.â Maâam⌠no, it was not. My husband asked for a Daveâs Double. She said âBaconator.â Thatâs like ordering lemonade and being handed hot coffee.

   Read moreMy experience actually started at the Waite Park location. After pulling up to the drive thru speaker, I waited a solid minute to be acknowledged. Then as I ordered, I kept getting cut off, asking me 'if that was all'. Then the order was repeated back and missing items. As I tried to correct it, all communication cut off. I don't know if they could hear me, but I heard nothing outta that speaker for almost a minute and a half. So I finally just drove up to the window. There, I expected somewhat of an explanation or quick apology for the confusion, but got nothing. I asked for the order to be ready back, got attitude, and it was still missing items. I thought forget this and just paid for what they had for me. After driving away, I find that the bun on my jr. bacon cheeseburger was very hard, the lettuce was almost non-existent, and there was no bacon! So after running some errands, I drove to your location on the Eastside. I was greeted at the speaker immediately by a friendly voice. My order was ready back and I proceeded to the window. A smiling face greeted me and completed my transaction. The employee was very friendly. I drove away and dug into the most Delicious Jr Bacon Cheeseburger, EVER (It even had bacon on it)!!!!! So thank you Highway10 Wendy's for restoring my faith and being courteous, friendly, and professional....
