Wendy's — Restaurant in St. John

I used to go to this location frequently because the food was fresh and the service was good but this crew they have now is just lazy and inconsiderate. They had me waiting for my order in the drive thru so I figured I was waiting for fresh food but when I got my order, not only was it wrong, but my fries were cold like they had been sitting for almost an hour, the drinks were watered down and the bun on my burger was so hard if you knocked on it, it sounded like you were knocking on wood. I immediately drove back through the drive thru, it hadn’t even been 3 minutes that I had been gone, they asked me to produce a receipt which they didn’t give me, then when I gave them back their food they had the audacity to still try to charge me for those watered down drinks. I gave them back everything and I asked for a full refund, which it took 3 people to try to figure out. I gave them my debit card to put the funds back on immediately and I still haven’t gotten my money back yet (it’s been a couple days). placed an online order. was told to pull forward when i got there. waited over 15 minutes. no one came to car. went back through drive thru to tell them no one had brought my order. (i had kids in car and couldn’t get out to go to the lobby.) the girl in drive thru got smart and said she tried to bring it to me but i drove away. no. i drove around and that took a minute. no apology. i believe the manager overheard and didn’t step in and say anything. tried calling and have left several voicemails over many days. never got a person, never got a call back. normally the guys working are pleasant and courteous. was disappointed in the team member and my experience. sad i had to come online since i couldn’t speak to anyone...

If I could put 0 stars I would! This is the 3rd time in a single week I’ve had to call and complain about something I paid for that didn’t show up or got the wrong order and I get sent to voicemail every time they don’t like to answer the phone apparently. I just ordered fries and they are disgusting there are black spots all over them and so much salt. When I first opened the bag I ordered and paid for a large fry and they didn’t put enough fries in the bag they basically gave me a small fry with how little fries they put in the bag.
