This place has been the biggest disappointment which is impressive coming from someone whose father has routinely forgotten his birthday.
This place is never open on time. I've often stood outside the glass doors looking in for someone to acknowledge me but instead they actively avoid eye contact like I'm a panhandler at a stop light. To add to the insanity, there are usually two or three people in street clothes hanging out in the dining area. Because of this I, like an alzheimer's patient, attempt to open the locked door again but to no avail. After confirming these people had not dug El Chapo like tunnels I could have used to place my order I vacate the premises confused.
On the off chance I am allowed inside the line is often vacant. The employees have wondered off somewhere in the back. My guess is they had to launch an expedition into the cave under the building they refer to as the "walk-in freezer" in order to retrieve the lost queso of El Dorado. That must be why the last employee left is on the phone the entire time. They have to be in communication with the brave expedition team. Unfortunately after fifteen minutes I have had to leave because I had to be somewhere, but those courageous team members were in my thoughts for the rest of the day.
Once when I was able to get my order I waited at the drive thru pick up window for ~30 minutes. That sounds bad but the manager, albeit somehow unknowingly, regaled me with the song of her people which happened to be a long winded rant about the irresponsibility of her staff. This song became a duet when one of the younger staff members chimed in when he "politely disagreed" with her comments. The screeching that ensued was not exactly music to my ears but I did get my burrito. It was wrong, but I still got it and that has to mean something.
If I could I would give this place less than 1 star. Like a terrible relationship, I will always want to believe that it could change, but it never will. Instead, I will just drive by and wonder if they're happier now. Maybe they're finally fully staffed and the new manager can properly handle the inventory. I want...
Read moreI’d go to this chipotle after every workout. I’ve been to this location numerous of times and out of those numerous of times I’ve noticed the GM Tamko get out of character as an attitude wise with her employees. When I normally come to the store, I’m always on a phone call with headphones in my ear. So I’m definitely having a conversation on the phone and the employees are easy dropping into my conversation. The assistant manager (whom ever she is) Shaquille if I am pronouncing her name correctly, ran back like the rat I’m sure she is overheard my conversation whether it’s I’m swearing on my phone call or whatever I’m sure my conversations has gotten back to her (GM) because she has now banded me from the store. I do not know this lady I have not spoken to her before. I just noticed that she is not a good general manager and disrespects her employees hints to why she might have a high turnover rate I’m sure. Long story short I spoke with Todd the actual owner of the store (franchise,) and he said that he has no clue why I was told that I can’t get served here and that he will an investigation on the matter which I appreciate but it’s definitely to late.. This is very ridiculous and very unprofessional as to this is where I spend my hard earned money in this store everyone is replaceable and she’s just a general manager, so with that being said, this store gets one star just from hear say which isn’t a surprise being that it’s been getting bad reviews lately. I also want to add in people have opinions on things just like they have butt holes everyone has them so for a person to feel like they have power to just say a person can’t come to a store and spend money speaks for itself. I’m not saying do not go to this location because some of the employees here are very friendly. You can do with what you want with this information. I just know that I have been banned and I’m not even from this city or...
Read moreMy boyfriend & I went in to chipotle after a workout. Firstly, no one greeted us upon arrival. There was no one being served in restaurant & everyone was in the drive thru area standing around. After about 3 minutes a guy approached us. He was in training I believe. This complaint isn’t about him but more so the shift lead/manager. He made my bowl & I told him I wanted half chicken & half barbacoa & he literally gave me a pinch of barbacoa. The smallest scoop of chicken also. I asked him for a little more barbacoa because even thought it wasn’t much chicken it was still less barbacoa & that isn’t “half & half”. The “manager” or “shift lead” heard me ask for a little more & asked him abruptly what he was doing & that it isn’t half & half woo woo woo. He told her it was half & half & we proceeded. She told him him doesn’t need to be making anything else & stepped in & started helping the next customer. At the register he told the cashier it was half & half but I guess the shift lead/manager went behind my back & had her charge me for extra barbacoa. I paid without knowing so because my boyfriend got chips, queso & tacos. I just had a bowl. I don’t mind paying extra for double protein but when I do, it’s going to be literally or extra. Extra barbacoa was $5.55 which they failed to mention to me & the whole experience was flat out ridiculous. I don’t appreciate the sneakiness nor the attitude or how she is training/teaching someone. That is not how people learn. & while they were all doing a whole bunch of nothing when I ask for a little more meat is when she comes around the corner & starts...
