This was such a random walk-in and I’m so pleased we came! We came in around 8 am for a Father’s Day breakfast, no wait at all. We were greeted by two super kind hosts, who even wished my Dad a happy Father’s Day (🥹). Then, we were seated in a delightful two person table, super solid, chairs had great back support, table was steady and not wobbly at all.
I love they had a seasonal special menu, and so many different options! They have a free coffee bar up front, so you can enjoy some coffee if you have to wait for a table. They have lots of different food and drink options, so it was tough to choose with such a great selection.
Okay, so now you want to know about the food and service. Firstly, our waitress, Tia, was INCREDIBLE ! So kind, patient, and accommodating of every small request. She was on the ball, and so attentive, astute, and discerning. Truly fantastic service. I have dietary restrictions (lame lame lame) and Tia was so knowledgeable of the menu, and able to accommodate every tiny request. She worked with the kitchen to make my eggs in my power-quinoa bowl to be made without butter, which was so so sweet. Thank you, Tia!!!
I ordered the power-quinoa bowl with no italian sausage, eggs without butter, and a side of avocado. It was PERFECT! It was such a delicious breakfast, and quinoa isn’t easy to make!! Shoutout the kitchen, I know this place is a chain, but that doesn’t mean their standards are low. My dad ordered the frittata, with a side of grits and bacon - he loved it!
Okay, now you want to know the atmosphere and vibes. A perfect place to go to on a nice June day! The windows are so huge, so lots of lovely light, but not too hot or too cold - just right 😁. I love the different rooms and sections, we saw lots of different groups come in, I believe the largest group was 10 people! So definitely enough space if you have a bigger party.
The coffee was so yummy, and I love they had sugar, salt, pepper, ketchup, and cholula on the table. You can really customize your meal to be whatever you like! So great. When I paid, I went up front to pay, and Tia was so sweet and did not rush us at all, even though we should’ve been rushed out we were taking so much time 🤣. When I went to pay, the same lovely hostess was so patient and kind in explaining how to pay.
Everyone we encountered was just so scintillating and gregarious. I’m so glad we stumbled across this not-so-secret secret, and even though it’s a chain, the food was great, the people were amazing, and the location is top notch. Definitely would recommend and hope to return in...
Read moreI was visiting from out of town last weekend and went here with my friends. Super excited about this newly opened spot but the experience was far from what we expected. The food was okay but the service was the worst I’ve ever had. First, it was a busy Saturday so we joined the waitlist early and then went there less than 30 minutes after we joined. We waited there for over an hour and everyone who came after us were seated, and I checked with two groups of people who assured me they joined the waitlist after we did. We checked with the host for three times but the only thing the host was able to tell was that “it’s not what I see in the system.” After we got seated, our server brought us some coffee and then left. The server did not bring us water until we asked and did not provide us with utensils. When we were ordering, my friend does not eat cinnamon so we asked if they could remove the cinnamon from the french toast. The server said their french toast did not contain cinnamon although it was listed as an ingredient on the menu. Unsurprisingly the dish was served with A LOT of cinnamon on it. We waited after all food was served and there was no utensil. Because our server was nowhere to be found, we tried to ask another server for help to find them but that server just pretended that they did not see us. I had to walked to the kitchen to ask for utensils and our server was constantly chewing food when taking to us. Of course, despite our frustration, there was not even an apology. The food was okay. But I don’t know if anyone would want to receive service like this just for...
Read moreMy husband, son and i went for a Thursday brunch! Greeted great by the host who told us they was having technical difficulties and that if we wanted to see it, it could take up to 40 minutes for food. We were hungry, so I decided to just wait it out! Our waitress was friendly, awesome and also gave us the same warning about wait times lol. Although Our food came within 15-20 minutes and was awesome! So if that’s a “difficult” time then wow they are awesome! Anyhoo, only real complaint was we got that fall cinnamon roll and it wasn’t nice and warm but also i was feeding a 10 month old so maybe i missed the window of opportunity for it to be nice and warm but husband said it wasn’t when he took a bite so $6 wasted but no biggie everything else was great we got the French toast, Biscuit and Turkey sausage gravy. The coffee our waitress greeted us with was soo good Lol my husband had so much his stomach hurt 🤣🤣 Something else i want to note is they close at 2:30 we noticed 14 minutes before closing they was seating people Down to serve and none of the waitress had attitudes whatsoever! I loved it and we will definitely be back! Thank you so much! Great staff, great food and i assume the man who rang us out was the boss and he was awesome too! Next time please don’t leave the coffee at the table my husband don’t know how...
