Stopped in for a diet soda since I had a long wait for the bus. Immediately felt like I was back in a small town. I got carded (no minors are allowed inside) and told I don't look my age, which is 39. I'll be back every night with compliments like that! šŸ˜‚ Clearly a neighborhood bar with lots of regulars, but I heard strangers striking up conversation as well, and felt safe and at home. Very enjoyable experience.

Didn’t know where it go to watch the TNF game and decided to try Rosie’s out. It’s small but packs a punch as it has a ton of character. Regulars are friendly and the staff are amazing. The deals were also very lucrative and we had a really good time. We will definitely be back to watch other big games.

TLDR: No frills affordable hole in the wall sports bar.

I am staying at a nearby hotel and needed a good place to watch football. Saw that this place is walking distance and decided to give it a shot, crossing my fingers they would have NFL Sunday Ticket. They do, and 6 TVs so you can get most games. The bartender, Marcie, is friendly and relatable as she roots for her Steelers, but also a bit blunt about prioritizing regulars when it comes to which TVs get which games. That didn't bother me at all. No draft beer, but they do have cold glasses to go with your can of beer. Pretty average liquor selection as well. Food selection is limited to Dogtown Pizza and basic concessions.

I would definitely return if I'm ever in...

Eventually all CWE bars start to look alike in terms of music, residents, bar staff and prices. Every now and then I like to break the monotony of the Bar Louie/Drunken Fish rotation. How can I "leave" the CWE without leaving the CWE? Rosie's. Everything you recognize from your regular Friday night out will be swapped for something different. Corporate decor is swapped for whatever Rosie's owner(s) had accumulated over the decades, Top 20 on repeat will be swapped for a jukebox, pricey pints will be swapped for cheap pitchers, your busty server will be swapped for a burly bartender, and your standard night out will be swapped for a more...

Wouldn't take the 100% legal ID and was a total jerk about it. I explained it was from the dmv and I didn't have another state ID. She then asked for my passport?? Like I don't carry that around. The "owner"/ bartender also took the time to harass me when I walked back to my car after drinking at a different establishment. Bragging that she "kicked me out" while getting in my car to a group of patrons. I left on my own terms. Sorry "paper" IDs is what normal people are stuck with when they're ID is lost. Guess your Ego is more important than making a profit?...
