This was my second time coming to this location with my boyfriend. The first time I ordered a sandwich and some things are missing. I don't eat meat so what I put on my sandwich it's really important to me. I believe I ordered a toasted Italian herb bread with Monterey cheddar with lettuce in Spanish and tomatoes and banana peppers and pickles with mayo and I think I was missing the pickles in the lettuce. And the Mayo. My sandwich was so dry. I believe that was because I went through the drive-thru but it was convenient for me so I didn't complain because I felt like that was my fault. So recently I went up there with my boyfriend... I did check my sandwich before I left and it looked it good so I didn't return it. But when I got home I realized the sandwich did not have the cheese I asked for it was not toasted it was missing Mayo. The customer service wasn't bad the lady really didn't say anything to us. But I don't think I'm going through the drive-thru again I believe that if I watch them make my sandwich it will be made correctly I feel like these errors happened because they know that we don't see them making the sandwich plus I think I saw a hair in my food too. Read moreDO NOT USE THE DRIVE-THRU! If you do your order will be wrong every single time. Plus it takes an ungodly amount of time to use the touch screen order system...and if you want more than 1 sandwich forget it because you'll be at the screen for 20 min pressing buttons. It would be easier and faster to use a traditional drive-thru where a person actually takes your order.
Once I used the drive thru and ordered a 6" sandwich with drink and chips. After waiting forever, I received my sandwich...a foot long with tomatoes which I didn't choose.
Waited several months before trying that location again. Ordered 2 sandwiches with chips and drinks at drive thru. Waited for-Fuc*ing-ever again. We opened our sandwiches at home and they were wrong. She didn't want olives and cucumbers, I didn't choose the sweet onion sauce, neither of us had our requested cheeses. It appeared that Subway decided to combine aspects of both our orders but not fulfill either completely.
My co-workers have stopped going here because their orders are wrong more often than right. Haven't tried going inside but will next time (whenever that may be) because I'm betting service is faster and more...

I have and this is how they do it: If I'm paying with cash at the drive through I'm always asked by the older woman working there (and the younger women n the past who are no longer working there), DO YOU NEED A RECEIPT? I say no and watch as she turns and puts the cash down her blouse then cancels the sale of your register. I started using cash because everyone single employee who has worked there (I encountered three) has always asked me to tip in advance. I tip for table service and to those making less than minimum wage! Subway brags about paying their emps well so no, you don't get a tip for doing your job.
Last night I drove though and accidentally placed tree orders on the screen. The older woman who works there went OFF on me for doing so. It was baffling.
