Service 🙋♂️
Starting your day with a warm conversation can make all the difference, and that’s exactly what we experienced at Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea. The barista, possibly the owner, welcomed us with a friendly chat as he expertly crafted our latte and cappuccino. His genuine kindness and interest brightened our morning, setting a positive tone for the rest of our day. It’s rare to find such personable service, especially at 7AM, and it truly enhanced our visit. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Decor 🎨
Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea strikes a perfect balance with its decor. Unlike some cafes that overdo the minimalistic look, this place is a feast for the eyes with its cool paintings, simple yet stylish tables and chairs, and vibrant plants that breathe life into the space. It’s an inviting atmosphere that’s perfect for socializing, studying, or just enjoying a quiet moment with a cup of coffee. The thoughtful decor creates a cozy and aesthetically pleasing environment that makes you want to linger. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Food 🍽️
When it comes to coffee, sometimes simplicity is key. The latte and cappuccino we ordered were exactly what we needed—a delicious, hot caffeine fix with just the right amount of milk. Both drinks were expertly made, rich, and flavorful, providing that perfect start to our day. It’s the kind of quality and consistency you hope for in a coffee shop, and Sweetwaters delivered flawlessly. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
In Retrospect 🤔

It’s a place where you can start your day off right, whether you’re looking for a spot to relax, chat, or get some work done. The overall experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend this café to anyone in the area.

As a retired truck driver & now a cyclist in my old age, there’s one thing I’m always on the lookout for – CAFFEINE! If you’ve ever watched that funny video, (How to be a Road Biker) there’s a good facsimile of me at the end.
Immediate likes and dislikes. Like: there are bike racks in front to lock up your steed. Dislike: no outside seating. You see, barring inclement weather, I ride Spring, Summer, Fall and even Winter. If the sun is out, 32°F is highly doable if dressed right. If I was to enjoy my drink inside, I’d start perspiring almost immediately. It’s just the opposite in the summer. After a 20 mile ride (or more) in the Summer, who wants to sit next to a sweaty-ass cyclist? That’s why I take it outside.
The manager was nice enough to drag a chair outside for me and even offered a table. Nah…that’s too much trouble. The drink itself (a Hot Turtle/Mocha) was on par with Starbucks – not great, but not bad either. The best part was…a full $2.00 LOWER in price than Starbucks. I’ll still prefer my usual hangout. But…seeing that Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea is only a mile from my apartment, I’ll most...
Read moreLiterally in the building now. Had to stop for my review. I was referred to this place, so I came by same day. Entered, no greeting. As a brand new customer, was not sure how the drinks worked, or meals , since meals are not listed on the menu. Staff had no patience or kindness. Placed order right around me instead of being of any assistance. She spoke with me with a irritated tone, like I did something to her.The male appeared kind to another customer, but he just followed the lead of the female which was disappointing. I will not be coming back. I wanted to come out of character so badly, but I would have been the only one seen as doing anything wrong. Never coming back. I was disgusted by the service I just threw my 6$ drink in the trash. People like this make you want to escalate physically with them just for the blatant disrespect. In days where people are having it hard enough, you never when you will be someones final straw. Glad Im in...
